We travelled to Kovalam, Kerala in February 2014. The hotel, Niraamaya Retreats was beautifully located, with golden sands, coconut trees and crashing waves. The staff were attentive and helpful, couldn't do enough for us and always went the extra mile, the food was superb, and the people of Kerala are an absolute delight to see. We will definitely return.

The booking through TransIndus was very straightforward; they were very helpful regarding arranging visas, the rep in India was extremely helpful and welcoming, the accommodation was far better than expected, the entire experience was unforgettable, and we will definitely travel with them again next year

Despite booking on a group tour, we were the only partakers so TransIndus arranged a personal tour for the same price. We were looked after by the local agents superbly - at every destination they were reliably there to settle us into the hotel and arrange the guides who were excellent. The hotels were all very comfortable,at least two of them outstanding, and we felt very spoilt with our own driver and car. We so loved exploring northern India that we now plan to return with TransIndus to visit Southern India.

Following included: Guided tour of Cochin and an evenng boat trip around the harbour A four hour walk with a warden through Periyar National Park Cruise along the backwaters at Allepey We also opted to go to a fascinating martial arts display and Kathakali dancing. Very impressed with Transindus.Slightly hesitant about going on a private journey but felt confident as soon as I had spoken to Mr Daggubaty at the London office of Transindus. He gave me a choice of flights and of hotels and in no time at all he had sent me the itinerary and confirmation of all the bookings We travelled on Emirates flights from Manchester and very impressed by comfortable seats and level of service in Economy class.On arriving at Cochin a representative was waiting and were immediately taken to our hotel in Cochin.Next day we were introduced to our lovely driver who accompanied us throughout the holiday.He was extremely helpful and pleasant and we felt totally confident in his driving abilities in the challenging environment of India's traffic! He spoke excellent English and we had interesting conversations with him. Very impressed by efficiency and friendliness of Transindus representatives, both in London and India. Everything went like clockwork.

The holiday provided by TransIndus was well executed and monitored throughout our stay I Both India and Nepal. Their Itinerary was carried out to the full by their Agents onsite whose personnel were well prepared for our requirement and were ready to listen to our views. If they thought, with local knowledge, that slight alteration to the itinerary would be to our benefit they would do this with consultation with us. We flew to Yogja and were met by guide Yanto and driver tony who were with us until we left Surabaya for Lombok 8 days later. Both were excellent, entertaining and efficient. Our tour took us to Borobudur where we stayed at Plataran, both superb in all ways. Over the next few days we marvelled at the history, architectural sites, markets, people, food and the sheer variety of life in Java. So glad we went with transIndus and stayed in their recommended hotels and followed a very interesting itinerary.
