A pilgrimage to Poland.

Tangney Tours.

11 day pilgrimage in Jerusalem (visiting Ein Kerem and Bethlehem and Aboud in West Bank) and the Galileee area. Flights were spot on and gave good value for money. Accommodation was specialised for the pilgrimage and was gnerally to a good standard, although the Knights Palace in Jerusalem was grubby and needs a good clean out!

Tangney Tours provide a prefessional and efficient service and cater for our needs remarkably well. Always ready to suggest alternatives where deemed necessary. Agents Laila Tours in Bethlehem provided on ground support and equally good service.

We had an excellent tour with Tangey tours which went very smoothly and once again exceeded our expectations. Our guide was very knowledgeable and brought the Holy Land to life for us. His ability to link biblical text with tradition was second to none.

Tangey were very professional and the tour was free of any glitches. The hotels were comfortable and the meals very good. The tour coach was comfortable and both driver and guide excellent.

As usual, the Pilgrimage with Fr. Bob was excellent. Hotel was very good, staff were kind and pleasant. Journey home rather drawn out - airport authorities should be prepared for the special needs passengers who are obviously going to be on flights to and from Lourdes and allow extra time for loading the aircraft. This was not the fault of Tangney Tours. That is my only criticism and it is made with the best of intentions in the hope of making travelling easier for everyone.

Tangney are very good, the staff are now becoming well-known to our group and they go out of their way to ensure we are happy with every aspect of the trip.

Our Pilgrimage ran very smoothly, our flights and accommodation were very comfortable. The transport to and from the airport were excellent, on time, friendly.

This was an excellent holiday to Lourdes in a lovely hotel. The tour operator allowed for travel and arrival to be completely seamless and worry free. On top of this, we had a great tour guide, Linda, who was very knowledgable and friendly. We had both a walking tour and trip to Bartres in the car which Linda made very enjoyable. We also were driven back to the airport by Lisa who helped us all the way through to security. The tour system really worked in our favour as we could pace he trip as we felt necessary and take time where we wanted to to look at certain places more.

The tour operator was really useful and sent all the info we needed.

At this time of the year (February) which is outside the main holiday season there are a number of conferences for pilgrimage delegates. We have the opportunity to meet other delegates staying in our hotels and to discuss common issues and potential problems in an informal and sociable atmosphere .

Tangney Tours has been operating pilgrimage tours to a number of different sites throughout the world for over forty years. It is a company with considerable experience and which operates in a thoroughly ethical way. Its staff both in the UK are abroad are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and will always ‘go the extra mile’ to please their customers.
