I have used Tangney Tours for many years, they know what they are doing and deliver constantly The directors treat you as family and have always been around when needed

The week included 3 meals a day provided by a local hotel. The quality of the food was very poor. The lack of decent refreshment on the plane was appalling

Thank you for your feedback. We will be sure to advise the hotel and the group organisers. Your group also requested that a full packed meal was provided at the airport with teas and coffees onboard. This was done, but again, we will feed it back.

a peaceful prayerful pilgrimage
I enjoyed a week in Lourdes, France. It was a wonderful experience. As well as the pilgrimage there was time to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The hotel was excellent with friendly, helpful staff. A good service was provided with no fuss.

From booking the service to getting you home the tour operator was most professional. All was well planned and executed, it would appear..

THE COACH SEATING WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

WE NEVER SAW A TANGNEY AGENT AT ALL AND I EXPECTED A VISIT FROM THEM TO THE HOTEL

The group you travelled with requested that we do not visit hotels for their pilgrimage. Each hotel has a pilgrimage representative to which feedback can be given and then passed on at a daily meeting. We will feed your comments back to the groups concerened.

The Tangney tour of the Bordeaux Region of France lived up to all our expectations as we have enjoyed on five other tours in the past. The excellent hotel locations and tour programmes second to none leave us satisfied on quality and price.

It was a very enjoyable experience.
The Pilgrimage allowed me not only to have a wonderful spiritual experience but also to meet and get to know many new friends.

Tangney Tours did a very good job of transporting many Pilgrims with many different health problems carefully and comfortably.

We went as a group with my church, the hotel was in an excellent location. Food was good, we got a family as we wanted and it was spacious and comfortable

Tangney tours, the paperwork was well organised and received on time. The reps were excellent, nothing was a trouble for them. They even went out of their way to give as a lift to the caves, as it wasn’t on the plan and with very little time left, they make sure we got there. Thanks John and Collin for your help
