Experience of a lifetime, worthwhile waiting many years to make the journey! Enjoyed all aspects of the experience, made special by our Spiritual leader Father Stephen Myers. We were blessed to have his expert leadership.

Excellent throughout, Excellent package, and value for price paid

We went on a pilgrimage to Bethlehem,, Jerusalem and Jordan over 10 days. That involves 2 guides, 2 coaches and a border crossing, which anecdotally can take a long time. From our arrival at Heathrow, everything worked perfectly. Transfers were smooth, the guides helpful and knowledgeable, and the hotels were good.

Our tour operator provided us with all documentation on the trip, in plenty of time. They put an excellent trip together, it all worked well.

In my opinion there are a few things you could change in the future. Whilst departing from Heathrow Airport we should have checked in as a group and been introduced to each other. Secondly on our way back we were provided with a packed lunch by the hotel but we were not allowed to consume this on board the coach. At the airport we had no time to eat and could not take the food & drink through because of the liquid provided hence we had to bin it. If these trips can be arranged a little earlier we could have a lunch at the hotel on arrival (as the snacks provided by the airline were not good) and we had to wait for dinner in the evening.

All in all the tour operator was good. The hotel was very clean and the food was excellent. The Guide in Fatima (John) was very knowledgeable and we were very pleased with the information he gave us.

I had no expectations I found it was very well organised. information arrived prior to departure, Check in was easy. I was pleased with the flights and times. The tour guide was friendly and helpful a font of knowledge about Lourdes

Linda was excellent. It helped to have a leader from our party to organize us too.

I have been using my Tour Operator for nearly thirty years now. I was satisfied and trusted my life with the Tour Operator.

It was a pilgrimmage and all teh arrangements were excellent. Once again this is the best scenario for all would be travelers

My wife and I travelled from Kent to Stansted and then onwards to Lourdes. The week was full, rewarding and fulfilling.

The lack of electronic devices added so much to the gentle and warm atmosphere. But there were two incidents which demand serious improvement; the bus used to drive us from the airport to the residential location was in too old a condition to allow for safe conveyance; there were slippery benches lining each side, which threatened people slipping off as there were no seat belts used. The most serious gap was that, though the brochure mentioned that a mat for the shower room was available on request, one on asking for it was not provided and the shower floors are so dangerously slippery that it was unwise for an elderly person to take a shower. These were minor experiences which I know you would appreciate me mentioning for on the whole transport was excellent and the room very comfortable. The coaches which conveyed wheel chair visitors were handled brilliantly. The speed with which wheel chairs were clamped to the bus floor was impressive. The handling of wheel chair visitors was efficient and warm at all times (I suggested that the youngsters who pulled me up the mountain should be provide with donkeys!) The food and its service by the young volunteers was excellent; no two courses were ever repeated and meals were served with charm and kindly attention.

Sasha Blanford was outstanding in her care and efficiency in discreetly dealing in any minor incident. Always charming and upbeat, with the interest of her charges at heart.
