We had a great few days in Lourdes staying at the Hôtel Le Méditerranée whilst planning for our 2019 Pilgrimage.

Tangney Tours were excellent at catering for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble, and we are very grateful for their support.

My trip was a Pilgrimage to Lourdes not a holiday as such, but between the excellent care of Tangney Tours and the Society of Our Lady each day was indeed a 'hollowed day' of incredible blessings and thus the gateway to a renewed life. The way Tangney Tours and the Society of Our Lady worked with people of all kinds of physical, intellectual and emotional needs was truly inspiring. The pilgrimage was an experience of a family in which no one was perfect and yet each imperfection rather than being a source of hindrance or embarrassment became the vehicle that enabled each person to join with others and through the needs of the other discover their own hidden gits. As someone was heard to say, "If all the world leaders could come and experience this then the world would be a very different place to live in'. Thank you for an amazing journey ...

The whole trip was well organised - "it did what it said on the tin". El Al flight and service were good. The hotel in Nazareth was very good. Manger Square Hotel I Bethlehem left quite a lot to be desired. The rooms were on the lower floors (we were on the 1st Floor), the reception was on the 7th Floor and the dining room was on the 6th Floor. This would have not been a problem had the two lifts worked satisfactorily. Most times one had to wait ages for a lift to stop at our floor even though we pressed the right buttons to call the lift.. There was very little variety in the food and was virtually the same on the each of the 5 nights. Our Spiritual Director, Fr Stephen Myers, and the guide, Majid, were excellent..

Tangney Tours issued an itinerary before the trip. This was followed in its entirety and, when there were occasions when because of the crowds the guide deviated from the programme, did other things and always returned to the itinerary which meant that we got 'more'. The guide Majid was very knowledgeable, had a good sense of humour and looked after every pilgrim in his charge. Some pilgrims were not as able as others physically but Majid catered for the whole group.

This was an organised pilgrimage and this was the 5th time I was going with the same group. The pilgrimage was to Lourdes and included patients,carers, much equipment and seemed to be organised with military precision. Organisation is done by the British Sovereign Order of the Knights of Malta hand in hand with Tangney Tours. Accommodation and all meals arranged.

This was an organised pilgrimage that Tangney tours undertakes annually. They understand the various needs and fulfils them all. Paperwork etc arrive in good time and there is always someone specially dedicated to the task at the other end of the ‘phone to answer a myriad of queries.

KHS Pilgrimage to Holy Land /Jordan

In Holy Land the Guide and coach Driver were excellent, on time and just enough info to be informative without drowning us in facts and figures. Hotels OK despite the late change from Knights Palace to Gloria Hotel, but dinners remaining at KP In Jordan Rosary Sisters was as usual excellent, despite warnings about the food, it was very good, and varied. We had 3 meals in restaurants, whilst OK. The drinks were expensive and local beer impossible to obtain.

It was great, the planning, program and the attitude of the guide tour are amazing.

Pilgrimage to Lourdes, with ten others, joining HCPT

arrange the essentials; as established pilgrims we took care of ourselves.

The flight was on time . A coach was waiting at Lisbon airport to take us to Fatima..The hotel was very good, the buffet was very good.

The arrangements were well organised, had extra personnel that took us to places of interest in Fatima. It was my first time in Fatima, learnt A lot within those few days.
