It was wonderful. The hotel was clean. The food was delicious at all times. The staff were very friendly. The weather was warm and sunny most of the time.

Tangney Tours is a great organisation with good holiday reps! I would like to travel with them on pilgrimage again!

An absolutely fascinating holiday. Wonderful to go to many of the places where our Lord taught and lived. It has brought scripture to life.

Provided us with all the necessary information when needed. Organised with our party exactly where we wanted to go. The coach operator was terrific!

From start to finish we were looked after by your staff. The trip was extremely well organised in Lourdes. Only had an issue with baggage handlers at Edinburgh airport.

Linda who was based at Beau Site Hotel Lourdes France was an amazing tour guide. Friendly and so approachable. Took care of our every need.

Me and my Wife hade visited Israel Holy Tour via Tagney Tours and our local church. The experience was way beyond our expectations our hotel stay was lovely with delicious food. The pilgrimage was great experience. Overall we had the best time of our life!

Tangney Tours organised transport from central Birmingham to Lourdes. The coaches were comfortable and did remarkably well as they were travelling on two holiday weekends. The hotel Saint Sébastien in Lourdes was excellent. Staff were vey courteous and as helpful as possible Food was very good. Hotel was clean and well maintained. The general friendliness of the hotel was to be commended.

The tour operator arranged the hotel stay and transport efficiently and liaised effectively with the diocesan authorities who were arranging the pilgrimage.

Plenty of support at both airports and whilst in hotel

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good position to be able to walk to the sights. The down side was the quality of the food. Very boring, repetative and not nutritious.

Having rung them before hand to check on airport assistance there wasnt any arranged when we arrived at the airport but a grumpy man did finally help. Three calls made beforehand about our tickets not arriving. Finally the day before we were due to fly Tangney did email us some. When we arrived back we did contact Tangney about the problems and someone contacted us from the company to us to put everything in writing which we did, but since then weve heard nothing from Tangney.

Totally lived up to expectations, and good balance of organised activities and free time.

Outstanding the representatives at Stansted and Lourdes were most helpful , My brother was blind had a guide dog ,and they were on hand continuously to help with queries and positive help to us and the whole group. Hotel excellent. I cannot think what more could have been done

Two issues though....I travelled with a friend who has MS and is a wheelchair user. The coach to and from the airport had a lift which was great. We booked to go to the Lake mid week but the coach that arrived had no lift. Tangney need to either a) make sure they book a coach with a lift for the excursion (we were staying in the designated "supported pilgrim" hotel they were presumably on notice of potential issue or b) make it clearer when offering the excursion that there would be no lift on the excursion coach. In the event we opted not to go to the Lake in the circumstances but still had a very enjoyable afternoon around Lourdes so no major disappointment Second issue - we were not allocated an accessible room initially. A standard size twin room with a walk in shower but my friend required a proper "accessible" room - effectively a disabled toilet and shower with safety handles etc. After speaking with the manager this was sorted but it struck me that something had been lost in translation. I am sure we made it clear when booking with Tangney that we required a fully accessible room ie something more than a walk in shower. When I first spoke to the receptionist (before the manager became involved) she suggested that our requirement had simply been noted as a "walk in shower" and she used a different expression in french (which I cannot now recall!)to denote a fully accessible room - hence why I think something was "lost in translation" - which Tangney need to check on. But issue was sorted very quickly once referred to the manager and the room we were then given was excellent.
