This was a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. It was also my first time organising such pilgrimage.

Tangney Tours guided me in all my needs and the needs of the pilgrims. They helped very much in the preparatory process and in advertising the pilgrimage. My pilgrims have also been satisfied with Tangney Tours as well.

As stated the pilgrimage was very good. The hotel clean and the food very good. Being stuck in the lift was very traumatic with no one to tell us what was happening. When it was reported to Tangney tours your representative Nicholas was of no use didn't even come to see us and we have not received an apology for the stress it caused. It could have been much worse with peoples health problems. I spoke to Nicholas on my return and he said he would let me know the outcome of my concerns but I have not heard anything.

Not at all helpful when you have a problem, definately not to be recommended.

It was well organised and the weather was good. Everything went well and was much enjoyed by all the pilgrims.

I travelled to Lourdes with the Middlesbrough pilgrimage. It was a fantastic experience that has helped me find peace within myself that I am hoping to carry into my day to day life. The hotel was nice but good and staff let it down!

Quite disorganised. Bus organisation whilst there was awful.

This was a pilgrimage rather than a holiday. It was so well organised by the tour operator.

Tangney tours were superb. From the people in the airport to the amazing Linda based in Lourdes.

The week in Lourdes was spiritually uplifting and Tangney provided a day trip to Gavarnie, which was a stunning location.

Tangney co-ordinated the bookings for a school group travelling on Birmingham's Diocesan pilgrimage to Lourdes. The booking process was simple and the team were helpful in responding to enquiries. The organisation of the transport and hotel was excellent, and going via Portsmouth-Caen rather than Dover-Calais on the outbound journey was a real positive. During the pilgrimage a staff member had a family crisis back in the UK and Tangney did everything they could to get the staff member back to the UK quickly. Thank you very much!

Lourdes, France part of the IMP. It was very well done, hotel was good, food good, transit to and from the UK was good. No complaints and enjoyed the time there!

They handled everything I needed. However, I did have to chase for a refund (one of the party got short notice deployed) instead of being informed of its progress afew times. No gripes as I got the refund sorted easily, just had to chase. Would still highly recommend the company!

This was the first time back to lourdes in 4 years and it was wonderful. Words are not enough to convey how fantastic it was . WE have been with this company to lourdes almost yearly since 2006 . The hotels the staff in those hotels are wonderful and the staff go that extra mile to make sure each person is happy. The tangey tour staff and the hotel staff are like an extended part of our family.

Going with this tour operator one knows without a doubt if their ever was a big issue the operator would sort it . A small example was at the airport a lady in the queue couldnt find her passport and she knew she had it on her bed when she was packing. i said go and speak to Nicholas tnagney He is over their and he will sort it. She did and he was on his phone and later the lady walked through and jjoined us in the departure lounge ariivng to a great round of applause. The passport had been found at the hotel and they had it put in a taix and delivered to her, Yes she paid the taxi cost but the issue was delt with promptly. We went with a large pilgramge from birmingham and the check in ran smoothly as Tangney tours staff were their to help assist. It all ran like clockwork.. I fully recoomend to my colleagues and friends who may be thinking of going on a pilgramage to travel with this company. A company who cares.

I had a very spiritual pilgrimage to Lourdes with a full itinerary compiled by my local Priest together with Graham the Tangney Rep. You were able to experience various religious and non-religious events at your own pace, whilst having free time to explore Lourdes to undertake your own personal pilgrimage journey and complete your own reasons and intentions for being on such a Pilgrimage. The Hotel was in an excellent central position, catering for a variety of individual tastes together with friendly and supportive staff.

Tangney Tours were an excellent travel agent in that they provided you with all the appropriate information you required together with representatives at both airports to ensure that you were carefully looked after. Graham our guide within Lourdes was an excellent and knowledgeable guide who was very friendly and welcoming to us as a group of Pilgrims upon arrival in France. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was extremely knowledgeable in his subject.
