An excellent tour lasting 13 days and substantially covering the major areas of historical interest in Sicily. The tour was led by Prof Roger Wilson who was an outstanding leader, lecturer and guide - always interesting and entertaining. The tour manager was also excellent - Vanessa Hall-Smith -giving us all a very good experience

Martin Randall Travel really do provide outstanding experiences on a consistent basis. This is my third major tour in recent years - the others being to Egypt and St Petersburg. The Firm uses carefully selected Tour leaders - generally academics with proven. knowledge, experience and delivery skills and tour managers are excellent making local contacts that enrich the tours.

An excellent tour of Palladian villas led by an exceptional lecturer who made the whole six days very informative and entertaining. Would definitely recommend this tour and operator to anyone interested in architecture.

Excellent Wonderful opportunity to hear Verdi operas in theatres in knew and conducted in. Parma was beautiful and we had a very well organised tour of local sites and an excursion to Cremona (wonderful!) and spent some time with a violin maker

The holiday was really good because it was well organised. I saw what I wanted to see including the highlights in both Berlin and Dresden in particular. This was a Martin Randall Tour from the 22nd of September until the 30th.

A wide-ranging tour across China with an excellent theme of 'Sacred China', travelling from Beijing across to the frontier of 8th cen. China, involving mountain sites to Buddhist caves.

A good itinerary with visits to many lesser sacred sites across China.

A holiday for opera fans in Verdi's home city of Parma, led by expert, knowledgeable and thoughtful guides.

My grandparents came from small villages in Croatia and Serbia. I had heard many stories while growing up, but I had never visited these areas. My sister and I took this trip to learn more about the region and to experience the culture. The trip exceeded all of our expectations and gave us a much deeper and more accurate understanding of the area. I would not have missed this experience for the world.

I had high expectations, and Martin Randall met these in all cases and surpassed them in many.

We had five days based in Vicenza looking at/ visiting Palladian villas/palaces in and around the Veneto. We were led by an excellent lecturer who gave insights to each place we visited and background information about Palladio and his era. She had an excellent and easy to understand conversational manner. The tour manager ensured that all the travel, accommodation and meal arrangements were in place and flowed smoothly.
