Lourdes 2016, brilliant, beautiful and an opportunity to see the Catholic church at its best. Every aspect of the pilgrimage from travel to hotel to standard of accommodation and last but not least the welcome and patient care given to all by Tagney Tours staff was first class.

every year for last 10 years we have pilgrimaged to lourdes. We have had excellent customer care from franciis in the uk office and all the lourdes reps. They have gone that extra mile for us as . Last time my husband hired a bike to ride up the col du tormalait and the team helped my husband book the bike . Sylvie and lisa were fantastic. When we return each year the team are almost like an extended family . the hotels are brilliant

7 day pilgrimage with a group of sick pilgrims..Flights were very good and the hotel which was the Alba was first class.eEverything went well and everyone was so helpful.

it was a pilgrimage to Rome, taking in the various basilicas, St Peter's Square and other historic sites. My mother being in a wheelchair it was a challenge in some areas, particularly the Cistern Chapel, which was an absolute must for her. This was not on our itinerary, but our guide arranged with another for us to join her group to the Vatican Museum, and ensure that we were correctly guided to the Chapel. We were attending the Audience with the Pope, being in a wheelchair, we were to be sited in the 'roadways' that the Papal vehicle passed along, the attendants directed us to the wrong area, our guide was keeping an eye open, and immediately came over and rearranged our position, because of this Mum not only had a ringside view, but received a smile and a blessing from the Pope, a very happy person left that audience. The hotel was very comfortable and friendly, altogether a lovely holiday.

This is the second time we have travelled with Tangney Tours, the first time to Lourdes. On each occasion from booking to returning home, arrangements have been excellent. We were kept well informed, arrangements could not have been better, and everything possible was done to ensure our holidays were a success.

We enjoyed a spiritually uplifting experience on our first visit to Lourdes. All our worries re airport queues. our baggage porterage etc. were dispelled. Everything possible was done to help us. Tangney Tours did us proud. Thank you

We could not have been given any better service

A pilgrimage to Lourdes and two other shrines, Paray-le-Monial and Lisieux.We travelled in a comfortable coach, stopping for refreshments every so often. The accommodation and meals were of a good standard, and the local staff were helpful. We were accompanied by a representative of the tour company who was very helpful, particularly with our more nervous travellers. The itinerary was appropriate for the group we had and everyone seemed to enjoy the trip.

Tangney Tours are a well established family run company with helpful staff.

Visited Lourdes, it was a magical few days, fantastic hotel and very helpful tour operators. I will be traveling with this company again.

Was aware of how to contact tour company throught the holiday, plus they had a very visible presence in the resort.
