Pilgrimage to Lourdes.

Most arrangements went well, but Tangney representative in Lourdes on arrival was a bit surly and expected us to know where hotel was. Also, coach drivers for our departure were similarly abrupt, rather than sympathetic. Other drivers were fine & friendly, though. We were surprised not to see any reps in the hotel during the week to check how things were going. Overall a lack of personal attention, we felt, though no major issues.

We had 5 days pilgrimage in Rome with our parish group, led by our parish priest. It was very uplifting experience to see everyone in the group get so much from the week.

All the information and arrangements was well produced and sent out in good time. Our tour guide, Sinead, was very welcoming, informative and efficient. Her humour and good nature helped to smooth over any of the minor difficulties that crop up with any group trip. She was reliable and helpful and one of the best

1st trip to Lourdes and it was brilliant. Will definitely go back.

Wine tour to Douro Valley two nights in centre of Porto with coach tour of city with excellent guide follow by visit and lunch at Taylor's vineyards. Following day an 8 hour cruise along Douro river to second destination and vineyard visit. Group of 24 like minded people who all got along famously.

A well organised holiday, with a excellent guide to make sure that we were well catered for..

We had a very full and busy week on pilgrimage in the Holyland. we visited numerous religious sites in the main locations of Jerusalem, Bethlehem and Nazareth and Galilee. The overall experience was very good and I would recommend it to anyone. The hotels were far from luxurious but The Manger Hotel in Bethlehem had excellent staff and was particularly welcoming and friendly.

The tours were very efficiently organised and despite having 40 people on our coach with a wide range of ages and abilities it went very well. I would highly recommend Jude as the tour guide on our fellow churches coach who was very well informed and delivered religious and historical information in an entertaining and excellent manner. Our guide was less proactive in providing commentary and sometimes only did so after requests for information from our party.

Our guide shared the same catholic faith with us and thus understood our needs and wishes. Congratulations for your perfect selection of guides

There were 2 guides who were very different in style and knowledge, one considerably more capable than the other. The less able one alone would have been problematic but thankfully they could work together.
