Tangney Tours. Excellent service from the office when making the arrangements, great help from representative at the airport of departure and a superb courier in Rome.

We went on a pilgrimage to Rome with Tangney Tours. We had an excellent time in a stunning city. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. We packed a lot into the five days but we managed to see a lot of very interesting areas of Rome. Our tour guide gave us a lot of tips of where to go, what to eat and Italian coffee etiquette!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Cannot fault anything about our holiday.

Found most people very helpful particularly the very pleasant youngsters there to assist people.

Our tour of Rome with Sinéad from Tangey Tours was fabulous from start to finish. Our parishioners and priest were so well looked after throughout.

The treatment I received was very good. All the help was available and I was taken by helpers to most of the venues I wished to go to. All the school pupils ere very god and I was serenaded by a group from Worsestershire and entertained by St. Michaels school from Watford. All the staff and helpers were very good and I was never left alone. For the first time in my life somebody looked after me. it was fantastic. The venues were very moving. The coach journey's to and from the airports were very well arranged. I had a fantastic time and would go again

Very well organised, all was made clear. Apart from slow service at the bar in the hotel and a lack of variety of food for breakfast I have no complaints

Previously, we have had good customer service from this operator but this time after booking online we heard nothing back from them for 2 weeks. After chasing they confirmed by phone and took payment by credit card. There was no written confirmation of our booking or confirming payment until a few days before we travelled and only after a number of emails requesting it to show that we had bought travel insurance. Flight details only sent out shortly before we travelled. Generally the booking experience was not good. The pilgrimage itself was wonderful!

A pilgrimage made to the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes to celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. It was a worthwhile tour. Enriching and life changing.

Very respectful in all aspects, including time.

As usual very good, met several friends from previous pilgrimages, the departure was excellent and everything went smoothly. However the return flight wzs delayed for dome reason snc nothing was mentioned WHY !! The Accueil accomidation wss good but the food needs to be improved, although it was excepted when served.

Tangney Tours the pilgrimage choice. The price needs to be looled at for future bookings, becoming a bit expensive for OAP.
