travelling with a parish group of adults with learning disabilities had a very holy and blessed pilgrimage along with making lots of new friends and having all the help and support from staff as and when needed filled us with confidence in travelling we felt safe and in the best of hands and look forward to travelling again next year and feeling confident that all our individual needs will be met

pre pilgrimage the staff were very helpful; in giving us advise over the telephone when booking and did there upmost to help our group stay together or as close when not in the same hotel. good organisation at airports and at meal times kept us well informed as to what was happening during the day and evenings times of processions

Pilgrimage to Lourdes from Newcastle. Flights were punctual with friendly and helpful crew. Support for those with special needs at both Newcastle and Lourdes airport was excellent. Reps I. Lourdes helpful and informative. All round a wonderful pilgrimage.

Tangney Tours are an experienced specialist group travel company and their knowledge and experience shone through.

It was a week-long Pilgrimage. Everything was well arranged.

Not a Holiday, but an annual Pilgrimage with Westminster to Lourdes, excepting the pandemic years, we have been every year since 1999.

They are OK and we are now used to them, same faces each time, coaches to various venues tend to be well organised and there is always someone popping around the Hotels to see if everything is OK

A pilgrimage so not the usual holiday expectation. Everyone pulled together and supported the less able.

TT did their best to make the journey out and return as easy as possible. Flight delays didn’t help.

Leeds to Lourdes pilgrimage July 23 Just perfect

Very helpful, concerned for a good time

Lourdes was excellent but that had nothing to do with Tangey Tours. They completely overbooked and had to travel from Luton instead of Stansted. Then instead of arriving in Lourdes, they could only fly us to Bordeaux aand then had a 3 hour coach drive. Very bad for ou elderly travellers who had a job getting wheelchairs.

Poor, badly organised and overbooked so travel arrangements changed at the last minute. Had to travel to Bordeaux airport and that is a 3 hour transfer to Lourdes. Exhausting journey both ways.

Firstly it’s started by being told suddenly that the airline was changed and we was force to take a Ryan air flight. We flew late and returned late which forced me to pay for a taxi home. Also this year for the first time I was charged £100 to bring back holy water which has never happened before. In general this years tour was not a fun experience and I’ve used tangey tours for 7 years to travel to Lourdes. I’m considering making my own arrangements to travel next time.

I wasn’t happy with the communication at all. Even with the flight change it was at late notice and as a long term travel with this operater I would have hoped to stay on my usual flight.
