A four night stay in Rome for the Jubilee of Hope.

The tour operator was excellent: booking, payment, making last minute changes to the airline were handled without any hesitation or any exaggerated overreaction but with calm efficiency. During the pilgrimage, the local representative in Rome was excellent! She guided us with care and during the tours and visits gave us practical and useful local information, she made last minute changes and ensured that the pilgrimage was an uplifting occasion for everyone!

The IMP Lourdes was, as ever, well organised. I could not fault it.

Tangney's was very well organised. The registration process was easy and the dedicated staff member for this rather specialised pilgrimage (military) was excellent.

I was a chaplain to a pilgrimage to Lourdes in May. We were at the Hotel St George and it was great. My room was very comfortable and I was also quite pleased with the coaches that took us to and from the airports. The drivers were, on time, kind, and very helpful. And the staff from Tangney tours were very good.

Super guide who kept us on track and was very knowledgeable. Visited lots of amazing places, with a lovely group of people. An action-packed three days in Rome was very tiring - perhaps four would have been better. Slightly better hotel food would also have been welcome.

Excellent. Understand the importance of the Assited Pilgrims. However, it would have been more convenient, if there was one check in counter opened for other pilgrims to avoid the rush at Birmingham Airport.

Pilgrimage to Rome. Sinead was an excellent guide. The itinerary had to be altered due to the Conclave but all was well organised. What a joy to be in St Peter's Square to see the white smoke and the new Pope! We were not expecting that. On the downside, the hotel was a bit basic to say the least BUT it was very close to the Vatican which was a plus.

Tangney pulled out all the stops to get us accommodation at very short notice, and then satisfied our other late-breaking needs. The courier they provided was absolutely terrific too.

An Ecumenical pilgrimage from Istabul to Izmir seeing all seven sites relating the councils of Nicaea in the year of the 1700th anniversary.

Extremely knowledgeable and very capable. As with all pilgrimages plans have to change and all the changes were handled extremely well.

Everything was well organised. We knew before we arrived at our various destinations what to expect. Our Tour Rep. Sinead, dealt with any issues and queries in a timely, courteous manner. The other local guides used - Christine in Rome and Isabella in Assisi were very well informed and guided us brilliantly. Consequently, this meant that we were able to relax throughout the pilgrimage knowing that everything was sorted.
