I went to The Gambia for the first time. It was a wonderful experience. I loved the country and its people. They were warm and friendly. I loved the simple but happy life that they shared.

Very well organised. No hitches. Everything went to plan. Paperwork clear and accurate.

This was our third time to The Gambia with Gambia Experience (Serenity Holidays) and once again we had a winderful time. The flight on Titan is a much more enjoyable beginning and end to the holiday than on Thomas Cook and the representative was there if you wanted him but not in your face constantly when we didn’t. Very professional from booking to landing back at Gatwick.

Great - especially airline chosen

We stayed at the Charleston Beach hotel in Goa. The whole experience from booking of holiday the stay itself was arranged very efficiently. The hotel was superb, with regards to location, friendliness, cleanliness, restaurant food and staff of the highest order.

Accurate advertising, excellent service from booking right through to hotel choice, ease of understanding the requirements of India and value for money.

Everything organised to our satisfaction

Helpful throughout. Excellent reception at the airport, escort from hotel to game reserve in Senegal and back. Staff friendly and helpful.

Lack of a holiday experience in an expensive / not good value hotel.

Friendly but initially not too efficient and holiday did not match up to expectations from advice given / implied.

Single traveller who had a great time , made new friends recommended, give this place a tryy!

Every day was a new adventure and educational. couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome from all employees and locals - the tours were outstanding - 6 in 1; lazy day on the river and cooking with Ida should not be missed.
