I had the perfect holiday at the Kombo Beach Hotel organised through Gambia Experience. It was my first ever trip to Africa, my first trip with this group and my first this tour operator - now I understand that you never really know until you go! All aspects of the holiday were perfectly organised to smooth the way for a first-time traveller like me - extremely straightforward booking, directions, advice, information and reassurances of support whenever needed so we crammed in EVERYTHING we could of this phenomenal country in the time we had; coast, sites, forests, sites of special interest, beaches and there’s still much more to see! My conclusion? This was a breathtaking experience and I will come back to it.

Enticing brochures and websites lived up to the fabulous service given. Information was clear and easy to navigate, staff were helpful and efficient during telephone calls and in person.

Stayed at Holiday Beach Club 4-18/03/2025. Flights by Titan were very good with excellent aircrew. Hotel Standard Room is Basic but sufficient if you are not looking for all mod cons. Great Location with plenty of places to visit and eat out. Seasoned Gambia Traveller since 2008.

Easy online booking and follow up

We stayed at the African Princess Hotel at Palma Rima a top class professionally run hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean.The breakfast buffet is amazing and so well presented. Plenty of restaurants along from the hotel and a tourist market.You can step from the hotel onto the beach sunbeds provided.There are tourist taxis outside the hotel.

Gambia Experience are excellent at looking after the customer from the time of booking till the return home.They have knowledgeable reps at the resorts nothing is too much trouble.

Our stay in the Gambia was amazing. The hotel was fantastic. All the staff were very helpful. Rooms were of a good size. Food was lovely. There were street markets, shops,restaurants all near by. All friendly, we alwaysfelt safe..

First time using this company. We were a bit worried about having no tickets but we shouldn't have been as everything went so smoothl. The food on the plane was excellent. Definitely be using them again

Gambian Experience - specialise in package holidays to Gambia and Senegal in particular. The onsite reps in Gambia are excellent they go over and above to ensure the safety and comfort of tourists in which can be a bit a little challenging at times. I like the fact that their office is on site of the hotel I stay at and rep is available in person every morning. They also have an excellent knowledge of the trips they sell too.
