Wonderful. Have been going to Ngala Lodge for over 20+ years. Now all I do is relax, visit friends snd enjoy the beautiful views from the cliff top.

I return to The Gambia for reliable winter sun. It may not be sparkly clean marble and mod cons, but it’s real Africa.

The Gambia Experience still have a personal touch. There is someone to talk to if you need help. Their reps while away cannot be more helpful.

Main reason for visit was to return to Gambia for first time since short visit as 15 year old 70 years ago in 1956. So, was not expecting much., and was not disappointed in that. But sad to see the poverty and general untidiness. but hotel very nice, the beach amazing, and all locals very charming

Four nights inland at Mandina Lodge and three nights on the coast at Ngala Lodge. We had a fantastic holiday.

A week of complete relaxation with wall to wall sunshine only bettered by beautiful surroundings and friendly staff going above and beyond to please.

They just take care of all arrangements and no hard sell. Can always get to talk to them!

This was our 3rd visit to Gambia but the first with Gambia Experience. What a difference from previous holidays with other operators - it was fantastic. Personal and personalised service from the local Rep. from arrival to departure. We upgraded to Star service on the aircraft and that was excellent. The hotel is one of the best and rated as the best in Gambia by a lot of locals apparently. The beauty treatments and massages are brilliant, the hotel swimming pool is kept pristine and there is no need to reserve sunbeds as the pool attendants do that for you once they know your preference. The catering staff from cleaning to serving are great and the food is excellent (sometimes a bit spicey for some). The excursions are interesting and the country and people are friendly.

What a personal service; the Rep. came to find us to see how we were and how the holiday was going pretty much every day (I can’t remember a day when he didn’t come).

Fantastic. Flight out = no working UBB. 6hrs wirh no in-flight entertainment!! Flight in = coffee was disgusting. I asked for hot water and a tea bag and never received the teabag! My husband doesn't travel well and always asks for a window seat forward of the wing. I think he had the ONLY seat without a window! Terrible.

Did not provide a window seat, even though this was requested.
