This was our 3rd visit to Gambia but the first with Gambia Experience. What a difference from previous holidays with other operators - it was fantastic. Personal and personalised service from the local Rep. from arrival to departure. We upgraded to Star service on the aircraft and that was excellent. The hotel is one of the best and rated as the best in Gambia by a lot of locals apparently. The beauty treatments and massages are brilliant, the hotel swimming pool is kept pristine and there is no need to reserve sunbeds as the pool attendants do that for you once they know your preference. The catering staff from cleaning to serving are great and the food is excellent (sometimes a bit spicey for some). The excursions are interesting and the country and people are friendly.

What a personal service; the Rep. came to find us to see how we were and how the holiday was going pretty much every day (I can’t remember a day when he didn’t come).

Lovely trip, all went to plan, friendly locals and excellent wildlife and birds.

Went to three islands in Cape Verde and loved Santa Anhoa with its high volcanoes. Enjoyed relaxing on Sal at the end of the trip.

Everything went extremely smoothly and efficiently.

We were a family of 5 and booked a last minute trip to The Gambia and thoroughly loved SunBeach hotel and The Gambia in general - lots of do, incredible beaches, delicious food and such friendly staff

I booked quite last minute so had limited flight / hotel options but Gambia Experience showed me options available and helped me choose the best one for me -

Everything from start to finish ran smoothly and we will go back and also possibly use one of the operators other destinations. Efficient travel arrangements, comfortable accommodation, plentiful good buffet and inclusive drinks, wonderful staff and wall to wall sunshine, what more could we want

We had used Gambia Experience once before but this time was so much better. Everything went smoothly, nothing was too much trouble and it was good value. We took my son, daughter in law and grandson with us and they all loved it too - a great success.

The holiday was great The palm Rima was the worst hotel I’ve experienced. No care No service Food was disgusting Rooms should be condemned Palm Rima known by the locals as Palma Rip Off. Hotel should not be recommended on the GE site Complaint has been made with photos.

Gambia experience overall are very good. The team were polite and accommodating As a Tour operator they need to look into Palm Rima and take it off their books Booked as half board but had to request the half board back the food was so poor. We had a 4 yr old and a pregnant mum with us.

An amazing time at Coco Ocean Spa Resort. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make me feel so welcome. I travelled alone and felt very safe. Even the locals outside the hotel were friendly and l even joined in their work out on the gym! Highly recommend Gambia.

Gambian Experience were very efficient and extremely helpful. They couldn’t do enough. All information was sent to on plenty of time and provided everything you needed to know about your holiday.

Enjoyed my stay at Senegambia Hotel. Peaeceful atmosphere, beautiful grounds with wildlife, friendly staff with great access to the strip.

Have been about 25 times, so this time we took my daughter and partner and they absolutely loved it. Speak for it’s self.

Very helpful caring company. No problems with dealing with them.

Just needed a base to sleep and have breakfast. I was out and about most of the time. Only had breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on the food

The Gambia experience have always been good but it's a shame they changed the airline as that wasn't so good.
