Our week of walking in the Ligurian Hills was fabulous and at times challenging. We walked at the end of the season which was perfect for us. We saw few other people on the extensive trail systems with the exception of mushroom hunters. Long walking days were rewarded with delicious food and wine.

On Foot did an excellent job of organizing the walk as well as providing detailed trail notes and maps.

Our holiday was fantastic from start to finish. We had lovely weather, stayed in friendly hotels with wonderful views, and ate great food. Our hikes were gorgeous and peaceful - a nice counterpoint to the bustling hilltop towns.

On Foot Holidays provides true concierge level service. Their website is fantastic and the information they provide helps you choose the hike that is right for you. But beyond that, their personal customer service surpassed our expectations. Not only were they helpful with the booking, they provided us with the all the info and maps and directions we needed to have a successful holiday. Their hotel partners were as friendly as they were. We can't wait for our next On Foot Holiday!

This was a four day walking holiday - the first we had done. It was the most relaxed and stress-free holiday we have had in a long time. On Foot provided us all the materials well in advance, gave excellent advice in real time and this allowed us to enjoy our time exploring Tuscany and the fabulous wine and cheeses.

On Foot Holidays was very responsive from our first inquiry and provided us a customized itinerary that allowed us to incorporate this walking trip into another trip to visit family. They delivered the materials to us quickly and provided a local contact to make sure all went well. Though not needed - it was reassuring to know that if we ran into difficulties we had someone to call. I would happily book another trip with them again!

These are the 10th and 11th walks I have done with my wife through Walks on Foot based in Salisbury. Both were up to the usual high standard and we will almost certainly do more walks in the next few years. Even with somewhat inclement weather the walks were enjoyable - reflecting good facilities, great routes and useful information.

As above, we have now completed eleven walks with this operator and this year took the opportunity to visit their operational office in Salisbury. Their materials have consistently been high standard and support also. We have had only one major delay due to airline issues in the past (a decade ago in Turkey, not the fault of WoF) and WoF promptly rerouted to accommodate. We are particularly

I did a 6 day solo self-guided walk through the Ligurian Hills region of Italy. It was mid-September, and the weather was perfect. The days were long and luxurious (and sometimes a bit strenuous), and I often had the forests and mountains completely to myself - just me, and the cows and the incredible views. And every evening I was greeted by lovely hosts, offering delicious foods and regional wines. A truly unforgettable trip!

On Foot Holidays answered all my questions promptly and professionally while I was planning the holiday. They communicated in a timely manner, and were very personable in their communications - I felt they were focused on ensuring I would have a fantastic experience. They also have done an excellent job curating the Ligurian Hills walk - each accommodation has its own particular charm and the walk itself is breathtaking. The provided GPS maps and printed instructions that were accurate and easy to follow. And they checked on me a couple times during the walk, to ensure all was going ok.

We had a perfect week's holiday, flying to Ljubljana and walking for 5 days before ending with a couple of days in Trieste. We were lucky with the weather. The walk took us through hills and valleys, meadows and vineyards, woods and unspoilt small villages. Our luggage was carried for us each day from place to place and we stayed the nights in charming b&bs or tourist farms. We ate and drank well and had a final interesting and enjoyable two days in Trieste.

This is the seventh walking holiday we have done with OnFoot. They are the best operators with whom I have ever dealt. Their staff are uniformly helpful, friendly, efficient and well-informed about their walks. Nothing is too much trouble. The information with which they provide you is excellent, and all the arrangements on the holiday work smoothly. The places you stay are comfortable and attractive and the people very pleasant.

My Husband and I walked in Devon for 4 days. We are not experienced hikers but keen walkers. The route was varied, interesting and challenging enough so we felt we deserved the terrific hospitality at the end of each day. All the accommodation was comfortable and quirky- places we would never have found on our own. The path directions were correct at all times- we only used the paper version. The weather was amazing.

On Foot Holidays came up with the goods again. My Daughter and I walked Tuscany in 2016 with this wonderful company. They were very efficient in every aspect down to a lovely taxi driver who met our train and took us to our starting village. Very friendly.

Our preference has always being for active outdoor vacations, and our hike from Amalfi to Sorrento did not disappoint. We know that we've had a great day when we have to retire in good time because we're physically tired, after a strenuous day on the trail and a fine meal a great restaurant. I don't think there is anything about this trip that I would want to have done differently

This trip was extremely well organized karma is benefited greatly from strong research and advance preparation by OnFoot vacations. During the trip itself, on foot vacations was completely inconspicuous as intended, that there was never any sense of abandonment or being left "high and dry", since each day unfolded as intended. We did not need any assistance, but we never felt that assistance would be unavailable if need it. We have already referred on foot vacations to others with whom we would like to keep strong relations!

This was an amazing experience walking along Galician Atlantic coastline from Laxe to Finisterre, Spain. From easy flat to scaling huge sand dunes, over boulders, grassy slopes, tracks along headlands, all the while following Green Arrows & Dots! Amazing plethora of Birdlife (Sept), staying small villages. Not to mention beautiful blue skies, crashing ocean even Misty/rainy day, all added to beauty of nature and our environment. We Loved every minute this walk.

This is my 3rd Walk with On Foot Holidays UK, they are very professional, attend to any queries I had promptly, besides being lovely to deal with. All in all a 5 Star Company.
