Walking tour of the Dolomites that had everything you would ask for from a walk in the Italian alps - jagged peaks, 360 degree views, pine forests, cows and cow-bells(!), perfect weather, history and mountain hospitality

Provided very detailed information to get to the walk and to prepare for the walk itself - well in advance and leading up to. The track notes for the walk were very detailed such that we never got into trouble.

From the arrival right until the end the variation and the quality of our walk and accommodation was superb. We had an amazing time and met great people and had delicious Galician food and drinks

Excellent communication and preparation for our holiday. We had total confidence in onfootholidays. Emails were answered the same day and all instructions were clear and our walking pack with maps was outstanding.

We walked 4 days in the Dordogne, France. Everything was perfectly organized. The region was gorgeous, and the accommodations lovely. I loved having the possible Plan B of riding with the luggage in case I didn't feel I could hike at any point.

They personalized the experience perfectly for us, and were extremely responsive to any questions or doubts. Debbie took good care of us, and Emily, the on-site contact did as well.

On foot selected wonderful hotels and wonderful routes for our dolomites trip. And they even provided perfect weather! Sunny and mild for most of the day then terrific, crashing thunderstorms in the afternoons which only magnified the magnificence of the mountains.

Our tour was a supported tour where On Foot schlepped our luggage and provided transport as needed. I think the changes in the terrain due to spring storms caused some confusion in the route notes but we always got where we were supposed to. ..and our luggage was always there to greet us. Supplemental transport was arranged without a flaw. They did a great job.

Magical 3 days walking in the Ligurian Appenines down to the sea at Camogli. It was all expertly and brilliantly organised by On Foot Holidays. This is our third trip with them and can not recommend them more highly.

On Foot Holidays are experts in walking holidays and this is the third trip we have done with them . It is incredibly well organised, with superb customer service from beginning to end. They have thought of everything! We cannot recommend them more highly and tell all our friends too. A real gem of a company which is so rare these days.

It was a 5-day hike through a beautiful Karst countryside in Slovenia. We began in Ljubljana and finished in Trieste staying in small village hotels.

On Foot Holydays provided an outstanding service to us. They were competent, always responsive and friendly. A pleasure to interact with.

We spent 5 days walking though rural France near the Dordogne river walkinga though old villages, farmland, fields and woods . We stayed in charming small hotels which were very gracious and the food was delicious

They were very good with details. Appreciated they had a taxi for pickup and return to the train to Paris and most meals were included. I liked not haveing to make meal decisions
