Excellent and informative day trip visiting the RSPB's newest reserve in the New Forest. Knowledgeable guide, great organisation and excellent weather made a very enjoyable day out

This is the tenth day trip I have made with Naturetrek, all have been well organised, the information sent has been very good and an excellent variety of day trips offered. The one longer foreign trip I have made with Naturetrek was equally well organised and enjoyable.

From the moment I booked the holiday to the return journey the whole experience was amazing. Everything was organised for me, I could not believe the beautiful hotel room I had with views of the bay, Our tour leaders were so knowledgeable and helpful, and made the holiday exciting and interesting. The island itself was heaven, with fantastic bird life, flowers and insects. A wonderful place to go on holiday, especially when organised by Naturetrek.

Naturetrek are so professional and efficient, this is the third holiday I have taken with them. They are lovely helpful people, nothing is too much trouble. The holiday was exactly as they described, in fact better, Travelling alone I feel safe in the knowledge that Naturetrek have sorted everything and I am travelling with a well-known superb professional company.

Having enjoyed visiting Herm before I was looking forward to going again, this time to learn about the wildlife of the Channel Islands. It was even better than expected! Lovely hotel; excellent leader who was knowledgeable, friendly and remembered that we were on holiday so gave us time to relax as well as explore; a varied programme with options so that everyone was catered for.

Dan Lay, who arranged the trip, was very helpful. When Condor Ferries changed their schedule, meaning we would leave from Poole and return to Portsmouth (at 11.25 on a Friday night!) I asked if I could fly to and from Guernsey instead of using the ferry (I was travelling alone and didn't fancy driving back to Hertford, or trying to find trains that late at night.) I'd already starting looking up possible flights, but Naturetrek booked them for me - and found me a window seat both ways! I was really grateful, and impressed by the care and service I received.

Naturetrek- Just Jaguars A tour of the Pantanel looking mainly for jaguars, we saw 8 different ones & also saw 5 Giant River Otter families & 2 tapirs plus over 150 species of bird.

Naturetrek- took care of everything & provided us with an excellent guide.

Wildlife experts were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, making sure we got the most out of our visit. The hotel was very good, and all experiences, meals etc were taken care of expertly.

The guides are excellent, and the choice of holidays wise- ranging. They take care of everything.

We spent a week immersing ourselves in the natural environment of the Isles of scilly. The guides were excellent and we felt that we had really explored the main animal and botanical highlights of the islands.

The Naturetrek team ensured that we had a very comfortable and interesting tour. The hotel was great and the guides were really knowledgeable.

A week in Mull in May with Naturetrek was great - well planned so we all had the opportunity to see as much wildlife as possible. The guides were excellent and went the extra mile to make sure everyone was happy and well looked after. Any issues were always sorted out immediately.

Great. You always get what you pay for with Naturetrek hence I have travelled with them on several occasions over the last 15 years. Their tours are always well planned, accommodation always as expected and the maximum about of wildlife seen on every trip with variety of each day.
