A guided walk looking particularly st the birds send plants

The walk leader was very knowledgeable and shared his enthusiasm in a very friendly way.

I enjoyed particularly the meadows and the diversity and sheer abundance of flowers, butterflies and other incredible looking insects. All the target dragonflies species were seen. Great expertise of the guides

Re-visiting one of my favorite places with one of my favorite tour leaders, Mike Crewe. Being a wildlife trip, nothing can be taken for granted but to learn so much about Norfolk churches was a delightful surprise. As usual it was wonderful for knowledge to be so freely shared and always so much fun.

Just love Naturetrek. So easy to use and nothing is too much trouble for them if they are needed which is a rare event because the information provided for their trips are so clear and easy to understand, leaving nothing out. Not much else to say except it would have to be something exceptional for me to choose another tour operator.

This early summer short break to the Yorkshire coast and North Yorkshire moors included a good range of different habitats. There were great views of some species that were new to me as well as fantastic landscape settings. The trip was enhanced by the tour leader's knowledge of the sites we visited and the enjoyable company of the other guests. Well organised from start to finish. A relaxing trip with great views of wildlife and scenery.

My holiday was a photography holiday to Northumberland and the Farne islands, the holiday took place from the 4th until the 8th July. Now the day before the holiday began the National Trust closed the islands due to a bird flu outbreak on the island. with only a few hours the team at Naturetrek changed the itinerary from two days on the Farne Islands to 4 boat trips around the islands. Everyone enjoyed the holiday and the differing conditions the boats provided for photographing the sea birds. Our tour leader was very aware to ensure everyone was ok and enjoying their time. While it was a little disappointing not to actually step foot on the islands our flexible itinerary was agreed together so that everyone was able to enjoy the holiday and spend time photographing wildlife and landscapes equally.

NatureTrek were very good and adapted well to the changing situation, firstly the closure of the Farne islands to visitors, which meant we couldn't step onto the islands, the team quickly organised boat trips around the islands so that we could still photograph the wildlife. The team also experienced an issue with the car rental company and the team quickly adjusted so that we had 2 drivers and 2 vehicles for the trip and we were able to split into the different vehicles and still enjoyed the holiday. The adaption from NatureTrek has to be applauded for the quick thinking and their ability to ensure that the holiday could still go ahead and was still great.

Despite the weather (cold wind and rain!) we all had a wonderful experience on Mull. Highlights were the otters, puffins and white-tailed eagles, not to mention the bottle-nose dolphins.

I have travelled with Naturetrek on numerous trips and would thoroughly recommend them. They are friendly, professional and efficient. The tour leaders are very knowledgeable.

Nature trek consistently produces excellent wild life tours with expert guides. H ave never been disappointed though I have been with them to many parts of the world.

Go Slow in Dorset with Naturetrek was an excellent nature holiday going for short walks every day but not trekking miles and miles. Our expert guide knew everything about every bird, flower, tree, reptile, insect, mammal - everything we saw was explained and put in context. It was not at all 'nerdy' just well-informed and based in a comfortable hotel with very good food.

Naturetrek specialise in nature holidays, many of the bird-oriented but with quite a number exploring all aspects of nature both in the UK and throughout the world.
