A six night holiday in Norfolk with an excellent guide, good accommodation and wonderful wildlife sightings too numerous to mention.

Very efficient and knowledgeable.

I’d never been to South Africa before nor had I been on this type of holiday. It was a pleasure to be escorted in comfortable vehicles. The accommodations were varied and all comfortable. The guides were informative and authoritative but delivered in a light hearted way. The guides were willing to change the programme to increase our chances of seeing the best flowers.

They were very courteous and informative.

Our trip to Botswana was the most special, special time. It will never ever be forgotten. Our guides, Partner and Nelson, were passionate about all their amazing wildlife and incredibly good spotters. Birds, mammals, flora, there were no questions that they could not answer. Our dream wish list included cheetah, leopard and wild dogs and unbelievably we were treated to the most spectacular sightings of all of these very elusive animals at close quarters and in very photographable places. We even saw serval cat, very rare and last seen by Nelson over a year previously. We know how lucky we were! The camp and camp staff were great and the food which we were served from a camp kitchen was utterly amazing! There was not a single thing, in my opinion which could have made this trip better. Not a single thing. It was truly, truly wonderful.

All travel plans were utterly smooth. All connections were made and we were collected as arranged every time. The whole trip could not have been improved on in any way.

We were on a small boat 14 passengers maximum in the great bear rainforest in British Columbia we had a fantastic time with the best whale encounters I’ve ever seen this was a well organised trip with a brilliant crew who made the trip even more memorable truly one of the best tours I’ve ever done

Two different camps in both countries with opportunities not just to spot wildlife but observe their sometimes unexpected behaviour in stunning locations.Watching as a mother and daughter leopard fall out of a tree was a highlight for example.Guides and staff were brilliant as usual. Certain to go again.

A week in the peaceful, remote Montaña Palatina Natural Park in northern Spain, practicing Spanish and seeing and learning about the wildlife with 2 wonderful guides.

Naturetrek Go SLOW holiday with 14 clients and 2 minibuses centred in Peniche , a pleasant interesting little town. Very good hotel. Birds, butterflies, flowers, trees, crops, mountains. Fascinating geology. Dinosaur remains and reconstructions. Different locations each day , one to a Natural History protected island. The option of a pre breakfast walk and a post supper walk every day. Very good varied food.

Fernando Romao knew the area intimately, and well beyond. He was very interesting about the histories of the locations and features. He produced an excellent picnic lunch every day. Glyn Evans was also a great person to be with, with a good sense of humour., and massive natural history knowledge.
