Our first tour with Naturetrek did not disappoint. Coming a very close second to seeing the fantastic variety of insects, birds, butterflies and flora was the incredibly high standard of information we were given by our UK and Albanian guides, priceless! Great food and lovely people everywhere we went, The cultural highlights at Girocaster and Butrint were fascinating and unexpected inclusions to a wildlife tour. I came home with renewed hope for our wild world and with increased determination to play my part in helping to preserve it for our descendants.

Naturetrek have excellent guides and contacts in your holiday destinations. Clients are taken care of, considered and consulted wherever possible which makes for a wonderfully relaxed experience.

We had an enjoyable day with an excellent guide, Brian Small, and saw lots of birds including some we didn’t expect!

Brian is very knowledgeable and an expert in identification of bird life. It was a new area for us so very good to have someone to guide us who knows the local area so well.

We visited a variety of habitats which gave us the best chance to see a large number of species. We had a great guide who could spot things from a spec in the sky, and it's good that Naturetrek use local guides. The small group meant that everyone had the chance to see everything.

Naturetrek are very efficient and helpful, quick to respond to queries, and providing a lot of information to help prepare for the trip. They are also on hand to help plan/book travel and accommodation outside of the tour itself.

birding in South Morocco. its a lot of driving but covers many different habitats. Vehicles comfortable and very well driven.

Naturetrek, very well organised in all regards. Care and attention to detail excellent. Tour leader and naturist very helpful.

A wolf watching trip.in Northern Spain was so much more than that. I learnt Spanish, I ate.local cuisine, i saw iberian wolves and a host of other wildlife thanks to the wonderfully knowledge of our guides.

They dealt with enquiries politely, efficiently and professionally. It felt like a very personal service and in these days when everything is online or self service, good personal service is something of a rarity

This was a bird watching holiday and the knowledge of the guides was excellent. I was equally interested to see and learn about Morocco and I was not disappointed.

The Trip was obviously very well researched in terms of birding spots, refeshment stops and hotels.

Watching wolves, tracking, observing birds, deer, wild cat, bison, and staying in farmhouse with good food, great company and excellent guides, whilst improving my Spanish. Could not wish for more.

We had a fantastic time on a camping safari in Botswana. It was our first time travelling with Naturetrek, who were recommended to us by a friend who had travelled with them several times. The safari company that Naturetrek use in Botswana were excellent and the game viewing was exceptional. Each day had a wow factor - 40 hippos in a pool as the sun was setting, 30 elephants walking purposefully in single file, 16 lions sitting by the roadside on our drive back to the airport.

Communication with the company was excellent throughout, with pre-departure queries answered very promptly. I like that they still post out brochures as well as having everything on their website as it easier to see what is available. The tour calendar on the website is extremely useful as you can easily see when each tour departs and what availability there is.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. An amazing birding holiday to a beautiful part of Spain, staying at an extremely comfortable farmhouse with excellent facilities. A massive thank you to our amazing guides Simon & Niki, whose knowledge and passion regarding the local wildlife was inspiring - they were also lots of fun.
