Brilliant experiences. Bee-eaters, kingfishers and fish eagles in abundance on the River Chobe. A wonderful day was spent at Victoria Falls, with memorable views of waxwing. Hippos, crocs and elephants viewed from the water with stunning evening sunsets and safari drives enabling us to see hunting lions, baboons, purposeful elephants and mongoose. Our transfer to MmaDinare was seamless and suddenly were were in a world of zebra, ostrich and towers of giraffe. We undertook multiple drives seeing hundreds of bird sources including close views of six eagle species in one morning. The excitement of Safari revealed cheetah, lions, leopards, porcupine, hyena, jackal and many other species. The lodges were comfortable, with excellent, attentive staff and very knowledgeable guides who were sympathetic to my interest in photography.

This was a relaxing Autumn birdwatching trip, led by two friendly and knowledgeable guides. The rural hotel was homely, with good home cooked food every evening. The surrounding countryside was beautiful. No journeys were too long; there was always time for coffee stops and picnic lunches.

Naturetrek is always brilliant. Well organised trips. Their previous tour reports give a clear indication of what the trip will be like.

Whenever weather intervened to change our schedule the tour leader handled it well, rearranging things so that we didn’t miss anything. The group of 16 got on together really well so that the atmosphere was always happy and friendly and the guides were not only experts at spotting wildlife but made sure that everyone got a chance to see it. Nobody was made to feel left out, whatever their level of expertise.

Naturetrek were extremely efficient. Any question we asked was answered promptly. They sent us lots of information about what to expect in each of the hotels, a very detailed itinerary and a report of what was seen on a previous similar holiday. Everything was included except drinks and one optional trip which we were told about in advance so it was easy to plan our expenditure

It was a wildlife trip to Donana National Park and the Sierra Andujar mountains looking for Iberian Lynx. We didn't see any lynx but saw a lot of other wildlife. The accommodation was great, I had a lake view in El Rocio and a quirky little chalet all to myself at Andujar. All the food was included in the trip and it was amazing. We had a great picnic lunches in Donana and in the mountains. The evening meals were huge and tasty. Some really nice paella and they even had Natillas for dessert!

Naturetrek were brilliant from start to finish, I've already got another trip booked with them! Our tour leader was brilliant, very knowledgable and helpful. He kept me informed about changes before the start of the trip and was really helpful through out the trip.

All travel arrangements from London to our destination, Kabini River Lodge at Nagarhole were well organised , with great care being taken by our tour leader Kaustubh. Accommodation at Kabini River Lodge : setting, meals, general care, rooms and friendliness were excellent. Twice daily safaris into the Tiger Reserve, proved to be wonderful, with sightings of tiger, leopard, sloth bear and many other animals we were also fascinated by the spectacular birdlife. We enjoyed two long boat excursions, with close views of otters and elephants, deer and monkeys at the lakeside. All too soon our holiday was over, we could have done it all over again, and have returned with a love of the Tiger Reserve , Kabini River Lodge, our wildlife guide Kaustubh, our jeep drivers and all the wonderful staff who went out of their way to make this an outstanding holiday.

Naturetrek were outstanding throughout our trip, - everything from providing inspiration through their brochure, to booking, keeping us in touch with arrangements and advice. Special thanks to Headquarters and Rajan Jolly, for smoothing our way .

Bespoke trip organised with Naturetrek to Iguazu Falls, Moreno Perito glacier, Torres del Paine, Punta Arenas and Ushuaia. Emphasis on scenery, birds and mammals with highly qualified and experienced local naturalist guide.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Very accommodating with our itinerary change requests. No problems. Have used once before and also had excellent experience then. Would use again!

The 8 day trip had it all: stunning limestone scenery, cedar forests, mountain lakes and pastures, good bird watching opportunities, and interesting flora focusing on the autumn flowers of the Lycian Taurus Mountains. Plus relaxed opportunities to explore the the ancient cities of Termessos, Phaselis, Limyra, and Arykanda. We were accompanied by a lovely, enthusiastic guide and looked after on the long drives by an excellent drive. And let's not forget the warm sunny days and excellent local food.

I've booked with Naturetrek a number of times now, as a single traveller, and all aspects of their customer service are professionally managed. It's easy to follow up whether by email or a phone call with any queries, and they offer to book regional flights as part of the package. The only difficulty is deciding which of their tours to book next! :)

This was a two location birding and wildlife holiday. Starting in the Forest of Dean we enjoyed daytime birding in the forest and evening drives looking for wild boar (successfully). The second location was the Somerset Levels birding at various locations. The highlight of this part of the trip was watching the starlings coming in to roost. Accommodation at both locations was good. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Naturetrek was always extremely helpful whenever we contacted them. Their predeparture and final instructions were, as always clear and helpful.
