A short four night trip with 'Naturetrek' in northern Spain with the hope of seeing at least one wolf...........and we saw three on day one, cubs playing 'King of the castle' on day two and four brown bears on day three. And along with that we were shown tracking signs of wild cats,snakes, etc... and we got three close sightings of wild cats. The birds were amazing - golden eagles, booted eagles, short toed snake eagles and enough vultures to throw a stick at. The guides were excellent, the food wonderful and the cottages we stayed in a delight.

Professional service from beginning to end. Our Spanish guides/trackers couldn't be faulted.

All the accommodation,food and service were excellent.The leader was amazingly knowledgeable,enthusiastic and diligent.There wasn't too much driving between sites.I don't see how the holiday itself could be improved. The only snag was the visa application process,which was long,harrowing,technically inefficient and in the end,a swindle-I was charged twice.For this reason,I wouldn't consider India again.

Provided all the info.they could to make the trip a success.Since there were only 3 clients and a lot of support,I was surprised that the tour actually went ahead-Naturetrek probably didn't make much on it. The flights etc. arranged were all very efficient

Out of this world experience - mobile camping safari. Some highlights include sounds of elephants, hyenas and other animals at night outside the tent, short guided walk through the bush, cat fish in last of the mud in dried up waterhole. Plus close encounters with lions, buffalo and a good variety of bird life. The food in the camp was exceptional and the whole experience was well structured with enough down time in between game drives. Our guide, Gee, had grown up in the Okavango and knew everything there is to know the wildlife His team made sure everything ran smoothly; the food was excellent as was the customer service. Naturetrek also organised an extension to Victoria Falls for me which was a completely different experience to the safari element - the camp/lodge I stayed at was in a stunning setting overlooking the Zambezi and the manager and his team did everything they could to ensure I did all the activities I planned to do. One of the best holidays ever. I hope I can do another safari at some point.

Naturetrek organised post-safari trip to Vic Falls for me including transfers and accommodation. Everything was well organised with no problems. If I can afford it I will definitely book a trip with the company again.

I went on a bear and whale watching tour in Canada with Naturetrek. The wildlife viewing was outstanding, good for photography and we were lucky with the weather too. The food and accommodation were all great and there were a great bunch of fellow travellers.

The Naturetrek tour was well organised and we were kept well-informed at all times. My tickets even arrived very early, before I'd even had time to worry if they were going to arrive in time, unlike with some other tour operators. They also supplied emergency contact numbers in case of any issues whilst en-route - they weren't needed but it was reassuring to have them.

Borneo's Orangutans was an exceptional holiday; my first experience of wildlife travel, which far exceeded my expectations. The tour was very well organised, with great locations, accommodation, food and,above all,expert and enthusiastic guidance from tour leaders.I cannot recommend this too highly.

Excellent in every respect - very attentive to detail.The holiday was expensive(with single supplement and additional flights )but worth it.

The Whales and Dolphins of Monterey tour by Naturetrek was a wonderful experience. Pete Dunn's experience and knowledge of having done the trip for many years and Tom Brereton's enthusiasm complemented each other making this a very special trip. The adaptability of the leaders was essential due to weather conditions and fire incidences . The concentration of whales and sea birds will remain with me for a very long time. The local services used were well researched and the staff on them were very helpful and extremely knowledgable. Time was made to see The Big Sur whose scenery was stunning and well worth the long day, The journey also gave us the oppurtunity to see the Elephant seals which were in the area another exceptional wildlife experience. I would recommend this trip to anyone who are interested in wildlife in all its forms or just whales and dolphins.

Naturetrek give you all the information you need to have a good trip. The brochure is comprehensive as is the website. The leaders are always helpful and knowledgeable of the area in which they are leading and the birds and wildlife in the said area.

two stays in rural lodges, one hotel and one in the jaguar flotel on the river near porto Joffre. The lodges were simple but comfortable and the flotel luxurious, very near the area for jaguar sightings. Many birds seen from the pantanal safari bus and fantastic views of jaguar, ocelot, capybara, giant and small anteaters, tapir, giant river otter and more with each part of the days full of new things to see. very good service from the southwild ground agents and naturetrek so the holiday went smoothly. seeing the iguazu falls and parks on the brazil and argentine side was amazing and very impressive. this holiday was the most rewarding and busy but the wildlife was spectacular

we have travelled with naturetrek before and they have looked after the clients well and dealt with any problems helpfully and effectively. the holiday guides have always helped with hotels and been very knowledgable about what we might see whether it was plants, birds or mammals. local ground agents have been equally helpful for us to have a good experience in their country.
