A wonderful week of birdwatching in Extremadura (Spain) with Naturetrek. Excellent leadership and extremely well-organised.

Our guide Brian Small was excellent with great knowledge of the reserve and where to find birds. Brian made sure that everyone saw the birds that were spotted and made sure that everyone was included.

Holiday was in Extremadura Spain looking at wildlife, particularly birds.

Naturetrek organise wildlife and birding holidays all over the world. We stayed in a traditional villa in Extremadura. Guides used are excellent.

A week birdwatching in beautiful weather with wonderful scenery and lots of bird life. The rural hotels were very good with great food.

Naturetrek runs trips for small groups with very experienced guides .Everything was well organised and very enjoyable.

We signed up 6 months ago, and alas in the meantime my dodgy arthritic knee deteriorated, but nevertheless it was a great morning out. We saw plenty of birds, migrating and local, seabirds and others. I had to withdraw before the end due to my knee, but it was a great morning. Excellent world-class guide.

We organised our trip through Naturetrek - an excellent company, nothing too much trouble; they also have been doing wonderful online birdwatching throughout Lockdown. We will be doing another longer overseas trip end Jan 22 as we think they deliver experiences very professionally, yet friendly.

This was a Wildlife watching trip to northern Spain hoping to see wolves, we did, hoping to see Wildcats, we did and hoping to see Bears, we didn't! But we saw so much, in great company and with great guides

As for all tour operators the last 2 years have been difficult, but Naturetrek have worked so hard to reorganise trips, refund as needed and more than anything to keep going.
