Guided day trip to the Forest of Dean. The guide was friendly, knowedgeable and entertaining. We learned a lot about the local wildlife and had a good walk. Pace was just right.

We had a one day birding trip at Frampton Marsh RSPB, led by Toby. It was a fantastic day with over 70 different birds seen or heard. Toby is a brilliant guide and knows the reserve intimately. His knowledge of birds and where to find them is exceptional and he was brilliant at describing the features to help us distinguish between similar species. I would thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone., it was one of the best birding experiences in the UK that I have had.

A great day trip to the Somerset Levels. Oliver was a very knowledgeable guide enabling us to see many different birds and even glimpse an otter.

Naturetrek were very efficient with all the information needed for a successful day.

Otmoor is a lovely area and difficult to believe it is so close to Oxford. Jessica, our guide, had incredible knowledge and an uncanny ability to spot and identify wildlife and was very happy to answer questions, however basic. A cold and windy day which meant it was not ideal conditions for birdwatching but despite that we saw 55 different bird species and a number of others heard but not seen.

My daughter and I spent the day learning about, and photographing the wildlife under the excellent guidance of Oliver. We were not able to photograph a wild boar, but we saw plenty of signs of his/her existence. Lots of birds, many of them posing most obligingly.

This was a day trip to explore the unique habitat of the Brecklands. With any wildlife tour nothing can be guaranteed so a lot depends on the guide and of the location of sites visited. This tour had it all - a very knowledgeable guide, who was able to communicate vey well and was easy to chat to. A wide variety of habitats were visited, each with it's own interest. A very enjoyable, productive day. .

Naturetrek are unfailingly so very helpful, polite and efficient. Good communication and a huge variety of choice of holidays and day trips. The knowledge shown by their guides is just a thing of wonder and excellence. When on tours with this company the accommodation has always been very good. Really can't fault them or offer any comments as to how the experiences can be improved. Top hole!!

We met at 9am at Dunwich beach to begin an incredible day with Brian Small, our birding guide. He clearly knew his local area in great detail and was able to guide us from village to forest then to the pools, scrapes and the sea. In the afternoon, we moved to Westleton Heath for some really special birds although a few kept their heads down in the cold wind. In total, the group saw 94 species of bird in a day which, to birders, is like winning quite big on the lottery. I saw over 90 myself which was due to Brian's quick moves to point them out to us before they flew out of sight. A wonderful day out in a very special part of Suffolk.
