Just returned from completing St Oswalds Way, this is our fourth walking holiday with Mickeldore and the best one yet, the walk was incredible changing from totally unspoilt seaside to huge views and beautiful countryside. Mickeldore arrangements and travel information was seemless, so easy to follow and no issues with getting luggage transferred. We received positive feedback from the bed and breakfast hosts and taxi service who also stated that Mickeldore was the best walking company they deal with as they provide a personal touch, take time to visit and care which we totally agree with. We would highly recommend using them and look forward to our next holiday

80 miles, seven days walking among some of Britain's most beautiful scenery. The transfer of luggage every day between the pubs and B&Bs meant we only needed to carry day packs. All the accommodation was very good and the hosts welcoming. The supply of maps and guidebooks help us find our way as well as providing interesting information about some of the sights we passed on our way.

Mickledore Travel were very professional and responded efficiently and effectively to queries raised. Although we didn't need them, I was confident that they would be able to assist should we run into problems. The guides and instructions provided were detailed and complete.

We walked the iconic Hadrians Wall Walk from Corbridge to Bowness on Solway . As ever the logistics were managed totally professionally by Mickledore, with great quality accommodation. We were spoilt with the weather , not a drop of rain and some beautiful views from the wall. The pack was very clear and all aspects of the holiday went like clockwork. The team at Mickledore are always friendly and very knowledgable.

An excellent walk along the beautiful Norfolk coastline. Beaches, cliffs, quaint villages, seaside towns, salt marshes, birdlife, shingle ridges and windmills. A bit of everything

Mickledore are by far and away the best walking company we have ever used. A fantastic choice of walks, great office staff who are always pleased to help, great walking notes and maps and their choice of accommodation is always excellent.

We hadn't been walking for quite some time, what with bringing up children and then Covid, so booking the Hadrian's Wall walking holiday was our way to ease ourselves back into walking. It was amazing. We wouldn't have changed a thing, and even the weather cooperated. We will definitely be booking another walking holiday with Mickledore.

A wonderful week walking through great scenery, interesting places. Lots of whisky distilleries, great accommodation and friendly people. Very memorable

We walked hadrian's wall in a week after booking accommodation and breakfast through mickledore. Everything went according to plan and we had beautiful accommodation and were very well fed!
