Dingle Way was moderately challenging and incredibly beautiful. The weather mostly cooperated for spectacular views and gorgeous flora and fauna.

We have just finished an epic adventure hiking the Dingle Way organized by Mickledore Travel. We have used them for several years and come back time and again for their professional services and attention to our individual needs. We enjoy their recommended restaurants and best possible accommodations along the way. Their app is easy to use and they are also very responsive via phone and email. Highly recommend for those looking for next level service.

We did the 6 day and 7 night Western Tour of the lake district. Windermere to Keswick. This was our first experience with Mickledore.

All services during the holiday we as promised and met or exceeded our expectations. The planning process for the holiday was clear and handled promptly. Since this was our first walking holiday experience, we probably had more questions than is typical. Mickledore's team responded promptly and professionally every time.

Excellent in every respect. Accommodations (pub/inns) were absolutely top notch. All necessary info, including much needed bus schedule provided in advance.

This is second solo walking trip I have done supported by Mickledore in four months. Fully expect to return again (and again). Service is clear, concise and fast (appreciated, since I traveling form overseas and must coordinate air travel and integrate with my work travel schedule). Accomodations have always been excellent; all packages are complete. Never a concern with luggage transfer (I did have a few bad experiences in the past with other operators on this front.)

For our 40th wedding anniversary, my husband and I walked part of The Ridgeway from Oxfordshire to Wiltshire. We covered 46 miles over about 17 hours. Mickledore arranged the five nights of accommodation and provided us with helpful details about each overnight stop and maps to guide us on our walk. We walked the Inn Way to the Lakes but the trip was full of problems weather related. Mickledore were excellent is sorting out various issues and even rang us out of hours to offer support.

Excellent service, great pre holiday planning and communication. Second time using and they continue to be our provider of choice for this type of holiday.

I walked the Hadrian’s Wall Path from east to west in eleven days and I enjoyed every stage. The landscape is wonderful, the remains of the Roman Empire quite interesting and the old villages, churches and farms along the path had this real British character I like. I walked alone but was never lonesome as I met with nice people along the path and was received by friendly and helpful hosts in the B&Bs and Inns that were booked for me by Mickledore.

I booked the holiday with Mickledore - Walking Holidays, which I found on the internet and that appeared to be a good choice. Everything was perfect: the information, communication, accommodations and luggage courier: Top!
