We loved having all of our transfers and accommodation looked after by McKinley-Kidd. It freed us up to relax and enjoy our vacation. And it gave us the flexibility to plan our day activities on our own. Loved not having to rent a car and drive everywhere. Better for us and better for the planet.

Everything about this trip met and exceeded expectations. All of the travel arrangements went smoothly, and the written instructions provided were clear and accurate. Each hotel was different, comfortable and unique. Highlights included day trip to Orkney with Neolithic sights, boat trip to Staffa where our boat was surrounded by a huge pod of dolphins, beautiful scenery on and off the train. The suggestions for restaurants, activities in each location were all wonderful. The advice to reserve restaurants in advance was priceless

We did the Scottish Premier trip for 1 week which was stunning. The accommodation and the tours that were organized for us were incredibly interesting and done by very knowledgeable guides. We also did a two week Classic England tour which was part McKinlays recommendation and partly our requests. It went without a hitch and we could not have asked for more. We were very lucky having beautiful weather for the whole trip.

They listened to our requests and gave us exactly what we wanted and more. Having the use of the Vamoos app was icing on the cake. A very useful tool.

All the travel and accommodation was excellent . The variety of the hotels made each location feel different. Our guides were knowledgeable with enabled us to get the most out of each visit. The ancient sites on Orkney were the highlight of the trip.

An amazing trip of a lifetime, full of wildlife using the best guides and services provided by our tour operator. We encountered Golden and White Tailed Eagles, Otters, Minke Whales, Porpoises,Common Dolphins, Skua, Manx Shearwater, Red Deer, Vole, Raven, Hooded Crow.

Everything provided in clear easy to understand instructions. Very prompt refund for a cancelled excursion, well planned out itinerary.
