Leipzig festival with 10 concerts. Expert lecturer Professor John Butt. Brilliant authority on baroque music who illuminated all the events that the small group attended. Expensive, but worth it.

Comprehensive itinerary, sympathetic tour leader, good hotel Leipzig Marriott.

My main thing was the opera (Wagner's Ring cycle. But the tour was so much more. A really cultural experience of Berlin, its art, architecture, its history..

Everything happened as promised with a minimum of fuss. Excellent.

Music festival in Suffolk - outstanding performers, innovative and interesting repertoire.

MRT excels in organisation and smooth running as well as top notch cultural and/or musical experiences. Pricy but as in all things, you get what you pay for! We keep coming back - what more need I say!

A marvellous 4 days of Suffolk country walks in the morning, with very moving and powerful performances by La Nuova Musica and The Tallis Scholars of Tudor and Stuart music each afternoon and evening, in beautiful Renaissance Parish Churches. Combined with the meticulously choreographed management of Martin Randal Travel, this quintessentially English holiday was a privilege and a pleasure. Thank you MRT!

Martin Randall Travel is staffed by very knowledgable people who understand the minutia of all elements of culture, as well as the minefield of travel logistics. They are personable and friendly. I try not to go anywhere without them.

St Petersburg is a wonderful destination in itself. The city has an abundance of magnificent buildings, churches, and, of course, palaces and palace gardens. Some of the churches and palaces have the "wow" factor although the amount of gold was almost overwhelming. The wide boulevards and the good town planning decisions of the 1800s and 1900s is in evidence, although some more recent buildings are of concern. The Russians clearly want to attract more tourists.

Martin Randall consistently delivers an excellently planned itinerary and total experience. It includes value added elements - whether it be the access to venues which are otherwise not open to the public, or the addition of other highlights which do justice to the term.

From start to finish it was a superb experience. Both the tour leader and the lecturer were very professional which gave a feeling of confidence to the group. The hotel was well located for our activities - it was very comfortable with courteous staff and an excellent breakfast. The dinners provided were also very good in quality restaurants.Despite the return flight being delayed due to weather conditions at Heathrow the whole experience provided by Martin Randall was top quality. I could certainly recommend this company to friends and hope to travel again with them in the near future.
