A wonderful mixture of town and country locations, visiting everywhere from castles, churches, of all denominations, museums in a diversity of outdoor and indoor sites, lakes, forests, from historic guild houses to art deco streets. The three countries share only a common recent terrible history of Nazi and Soviet occupation and each has emerged in truly amazing ways and are forging their own individual identities with charm, hospitality and great energy.

Matin Randall Travel specialises in high quality, impeccably planned and organised tours. This is not my first with them and will not be the last.

We did country walks in the beautiful Yorkshire farm country, and went to concerts everyday to hear music from different periods, some of it astonishing. The hotel, Black Swan was country luxury without pretension. The food was gourmet. We saw some historic buildings and gorgeous gardens and great visions of history overall. We came home healthy and wise.

He was a knowledgeable man, a sympathetic man, a caring and responsible man, as well as a musical artist himself.

This was a new tour and it had been meticulously planned; the tour leader was highly expert on all the sites visited, and the viking world and Denmark in general. The tour manager was superb. We visited all the key sites of Viking Denmark, as well as some excellent museums. The hotels were well situated, and the restaurants and meals well chosen. It was great fun to row and then sail in a viking boat at Roskilde! I would recomment this tour to anyone interested in this topic as it is a very pleasurable way to see the sites.

Martin Randall Travel's most recent privately organised music festival was a week of recitals at superb venues along the River Danube, accessed from our "home" aboard the very comfortable MS Amadeus Royal. We started in Budapest and ended up in Linz. The singers and pianists were of the highest quality and the management of the whole programme by the MRT team was first class. Truly a unique experience in the company of 70 or so like-minded individuals from the UK and all over the world.

Martin Randall Travel creates unique and most memorable musical experiences for those who attend its Music Festivals. We have been enjoying themfor over 10 years and there is just nothing that matches this level of service and attention to detail.

Well planned and staged. Access to private an public galleries and manageable time table. Appropriate and entertaining with the additional focus on American painters opening another chapter.

A wonderful combination of concerts, visits to delightful Umbrian hilltop towns to view medieval and Renaissance art, and some memorable dining experiences (plus sampling the local vintages!). I would recommend Martin Randall Travel to everyone who enjoys these activities.

It was very well organised. The hotel was chosen for comfort and its practicality i.e. in the centre of the area to be explored. A small group made for excellent company and real friendship. Highly recommended.

Considerable care goes into planning these holidays. The places to visit are well chosen and often have good local guides to expand on any given subject. The tour lecturer and manager are chosen to be very well informed and efficient at dealing with any difficulties that may occur. Buses arranged to meet the group at various venues were punctual and their staff informative and friendly. Cant be faulted!
