Vienna is such an elegant, rich city. It was a thrill to visit at Christmas and wonderful to see The Magic Flute at the Vienna Opera House on Christmas night. To see Strauss's Arabella for the first time in such a setting was special. The Bach Christmas Oratorio in the Concert Hall was another memorable experience. Such beautiful buildings - as well as the many palaces we visited with their glorious art collections. It was a feast for the senses. There was enough free time to explore aspects of the city, enjoy Christmas shopping and visit buildings not on our official itinerary.

This is my 4th experience with Martin Randall cultural tours. They never disappoint. Excellent lecturers not only inform but also entertain.

Loved being in Vienna for Christmas. Tour was deluxe in every way. Hotel was superb, meal and wines chosen were the best, concerts divine, itinerary was the perfect mix of learning about and experiencing new sights--- art and architecture the focus! What could be better in Vienna.

A 7 day experience of guided visits to Berlin's art and history museums, with opera and symphony concerts each night. Our cultural guide was superb, with detailed knowledge ranging from architecture and history, to art and ancient artifacts. He is a true afficiando of Berlin. The opera performances were first-class, and the two symphony concerts were of unparalleled high quality (Berlin Philharmonic and Staatskapelle of Berlin, with Daniel Barenboim conducting).

An enjoyable trip with very good accommodation and excellent entertainment at The Met Opera House and concert with the New York Philharmonic Orchestra at David Geffen Hall.

Very well organised, good seats at opera and other performances. Lecturer very knowledgeable and the tour manager was excellent. The weather was also kind!

MRT provided good notes about all of the itinerary and also advance notice of the menus at the meals we had as part of the tour. The Hotel was central and very comfortable.
