We had already arranged some aspects of a two week trip to Namibia to see wildlife and Cape Town for some seaside relaxation. Expert Africa sorted the bookings of accommodation in Namibia and suggested part of the itinerary. We were 5 people including my 80yr old mother and 11yr old daughter. We had a the best time, everything ran very smoothly, it was a great experience for all of us. The wildlife, landscapes and people made it an unforgettable trip. There were no negative aspects. The accommodation in some remote locations was of the highest standard with excellent food and friendly staff

Expert Africa were happy to help despite flights, car hire and some accommodation already being booked. They suggested an itinerary and made bookings. They were very supportive, provided a lot of high quality information both initially and in the immediate run up to the trip. We felt very well supported and although we did not need their assistance whilst away I felt that they had provided all of the information and contact details that we would need in any eventuality. I felt confident that should an issue arise Expert Africa would sort it out from a small matter to the most serious. Give my mother's age this was a considerable comfort to know that such experienced assistance was at hand. Following the trip EA were again in touch looking for detailed feedback on each step of the trip including each accommodation and service provider. I would readily recommend them to friends and colleagues and use them again in the future

Our trip fulfilled our dreams for the perfect African safari. It was expertly planned and executed by Maruska at Expert Africa.

Expert Africa was responsive to all of our thoughts and desires, and used these along with their own expertise and knowledge to build us an over the top safari, one which was as excellently executed as it was planned. They made our vision happen in all the beautiful hues of the areas. They are simply the best!

This was our first safari holiday and we can't wait to go on safari again. Our trip lasted a total of 19 days. We visited Tanzania staying in 3 safari camps offering varying styles of accommodation and each was geographically different with terrain and wildlife. We then visited Rwanda and spent some time in Kigali touring the city, and finally went Mountain Gorilla trekking which was the highlight of our trip. That said, each part of our trip took us to the most wonderful places and every one of them was unique. We had an absolutely great time and have very many happy memories and photos too.

Expert Africa asked what we were hoping to get out of our holiday, what we liked/disliked, where we were keen to visit etc., and then came up with several excellent options. With their guidance and expertise we were able to make the perfect choice for our holiday. They have lots of information on their website and also provided us with lots of written information in advance of our trip. They organised everything perfectly, and nothing went wrong during our holiday. It was a nice touch that in our final itinerary they provided contact information for our family back home as we were going to be in places without cell-phone or internet coverage. A very thoughtful and professional company.

Liz at Expert Africa was extremely efficient. She even managed to change one of the hotels we wanted to stay in. (initially we were booked at Dora Navas and the week before we left she managed to find us a room at Damaraland Camp, which we preferred as it is smaller. She was very quick in answering our mails and we felt we were in very good hands. I would definitely travel with them again.

The holiday was everything we hoped for, we got to see the country (Namibia) meet many of the people, including knowledgeable guides who helped us see all the wildlife we hoped for at close quarters.

We chose one of Expert Africa's suggested trips and they were able to quickly adapt it to suit our particular requirements. They had a host of helpful suggestions and advised on things we would not have thought of. Their guide to local customs, risks, checklists and so on was invaluable. their local agent met us at the airport and helped us thoroughly check the hire car and ensure we knew how to use the jacks etc. everything went very smoothly.

Wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful in the investigation and the decision process. No pressure selling at all. Once the holiday was booked everything went so smoothly. I am sure these holidays are not easy to organise, but it all went completely to plan. Top marks!

We had a marvellous adventure driving around this beautiful country, Namibia. The scenery was stunning, desert landscapes, sand dunes, mountains and the Skeleton Coast. The colours of the rising and the setting sun were gorgeous. The wildlife was fantastic. We saw so many wonderful animals. The food was delicious and the people were delightful. We would highly recommend this holiday.

Expert Africa did a fantastic job of arranging our holiday with Robin Pope Safaris in South Luangwa, Zambia. We have used them 5 times now - 4 to Zambia and 1 to Rwanda. They are friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Their knowledge of the camps and countries is detailed and extensive. This time we did a mobile walking safari and three nights at Tena Tena. It was amazing.

We travelled to the Selous and Ruaha in Tanzania. It was amazing. We spent 4 nights at Sand Rivers in Selous and 4 at Mwagusi in Ruaha. We saw so much game and had some lovely times - including fly camping at Sand Rivers!

Expert Africa gave us helpful advice about the camps available, taking account of our interests and preferences. They gave us quotes for various packages. All the transfers went well. Expert Africa provided good advice about how to get to Tanzania - not so easy from the UK these days and they came up with good flights on Kenya airways.
