We stayed in the Kicheche Bush Camp and Kicheche Mara. Both are excellent Bush Camps in the Masai Mara. Our stay at both camps, overnight accommodation in Nairobi, internal transfers and flights were arranged by Expert Africa. Everything worked like clockwork.

Hugely knowledgeable and real experts on Africa.

Safari holiday based at the Kafunta River Lodge Mfuwe. It was a fabulous all round experience. The Lodge offered superb accommodation in an excellent location. The service and attention to detail was first class; whilst the Safari trips were unbelievable - we saw all the big game including a herd of buffalo crossing the road, a leopard eating its prey and a herd of elephants crossing the local river. All in all an exceptional holiday in an outstanding location matched by staff for whom the customer as at the heart of all that they did.

From our enquiry onwards the service given has been outstanding. The speed and clarity of responses has been excellent. The information provided such as the welcome pack has been of the highest level. Expert Afica clearly chose the Kufunta River Lodge as it matched their concept of excellence and desire to ensure the customer is at the heart of the service provided.

Our holiday in Namibia was a beautifully organised, trip of a lifetime. We stayed at stunning places and met wonderful people along the way. I will return to Africa a as soon as I possibly can and when I do I will use Expert Africa.

Every I was dotted and T was crossed. They really went the extra mile to make our holiday special. They provided fantastic travel advice which made our stay stress free.

Starting out with a day in Daressalam in fabulous Southern Sun Dar, we spent a week on safari on two different and very complementary parks, Selous and Ruaha. Our lodges were wonderful, very remote, in the middle of the park, with great individual attention making us feeling at home. Our assigned guides were brilliant, very committed, insightful and knowledgeable and always going the extra mile to show us something special. We finished our holiday with 6 days in Zanzibar, enjoying the special flair of the island as well as the wonderful beach, including kite surfing, snorkeling and visits to a spice farm and Stone Town. Altogether one of the best holidays we ever had and certainly one that will get us back to Tanzania.

Being new to safaris and travelling with two teenagers, we received excellent advice from Expert Africa on how to plan our trip. This already started with choosing the right country and duration of the trip as well as the most suitable lodges and parks. Travel Expert then took care of every detail of the trip, all bookings of hotels, lodges, and flights, and provided us with all necessary information for preparation, so when we started out, there was nothing left for us than just enjoying the trip to its utmost. We would clearly go again with Expert Africa after this experience!

We experienced Victoria Falls and stayed in a wonderful colonial hotel before moving onto Chobe NP which was teeming with game. Our boat trip was incredible and watching the elephants swim across the river was unforgettable. We then had a total change of scenery and visited the Kalahari Desert to experience the barrenness of the salt pans and all sorts of wildlife existing in this remote spot. Riding across the pans to visit a family of meerkhats was a real highlight. Our final destination was the Kwai Camp on the Ockavango Delta staying in a mobile safari camp. We saw lions, a leopard, a pair of lions swimming across a river and a pack of wild dogs with their puppies. What an experience!

Expert Africa put together a great trip for us. All their guides and lodges were of a very high standard and the whole trip went completely to plan. Nick, was very knowledgable about Botswana and steered us towards our itinerary which provided us with a huge variety of both wildlife, experiences and scenery. He was very happy to discuss any finer points with us and alter the itinerary if needed. We have used Expert Africa in the past for a trip to Namibia and were also delighted with our holiday.

I have lost count of the number of trips Expert Africa have organised for me, but this was the best yet. A wonderful trip to South Luangwa in Zambia.

Expert Africa have always been very efficient, knowledgable and well priced.

We stayed in four bush camps and two hotels in Zambia, July/August 2016, and had the most amazing time. We stayed in really luxurious rondavels and chalets, ate lavishly and were driven through the South Luangwa National Park day after day and night after night by incredibly knowledgeable and experienced guides who showed us lions, leopards, zebra, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, birds of all sorts, wild dogs, hyenas and many other creatures in their natural habitat, doing what they do. We loved it! We then went to Lusaka and stayed in an excellent hotel, Latitude 15, where we were looked after very well while JMW explored places he'd last been in in the early 1960s. Finally we visited Livingstone, stayed at the Royal Livingstone Hotel and had a splendid time exploring the Victoria Falls Park and enjoying the other diversions offered in the area. It's just tough being home again.

Our holiday was brilliantly set up and organised. Even when Emirates "bumped" us and we had to spend two nights in Dubai, Expert Africa's good offices ensured minimal disruption to our plans. JMW had discussed things with the representative who set up our itinerary and I had not wanted to join in the planning, so it all unfolded before me in a magical way.

We 2 weeks in Namibia on our honeymoon - but also our first time in Africa. What an introduction to Africa - the people were friendly, the scenery was forever changing on the endless deserted roads, and the food was amazing. One highlight for my husband was the dunes and hot air ballooning over them. Another highlight for me was the animals - sea kayaking amongst hundreds of seals and being able to touch them and play with them with the paddles was amazing. Also spending two hours metres from a family of desert adapted elephants, and walking behind cheetahs while they were hunting were experiences we will never forget.

Expert Africa were excellent. After initially ruling Africa out as a honeymoon destination we decided to relook at it. Expert Africa put all our concerns at rest. There knowledge was exceptional and they were quick to answer emails. I did not feel silly asking them any type of question. They were also easy to get hold off by phone at the weekend. Expert Africa have made us feel confident to expand on our African travels after Namibia. However, next time we book an African holiday I won't have to do all the initial research of who to go with - I will certainly be going straight to this company.

Having travelled to Zambia in 2011 at a similar time of year, we thought we knew what to expect but our expectations were far exceeded. The game viewing was outstanding- who knew there were so many leopards in South Luangwa and the Nsefu sector!? We were not expecting to see wild dogs at all, yet our skillful guides found them.
