I had the most amazing experience during my 2 gorilla treks in Rwanda. It was hard work but worth it. Tanzania was outstanding as always. This country is a gem! Watching the river crossings and the sheer effort,the crocodiles going for wildebeests, wildebeests escaping, wildebeests and zebras injuring themselves during the crossings. The sheer beauty of the Serengeti plains - endless golden plains - Amazing! Namiri Plains was outstanding and wild. Watching the circle of life, the sights, sounds and smells of the wonderful African bush is soul healing and gives me so much peace away from the stresses of my daily life.

As always all my safaris with Expert Africa have been brilliantly organised and I have not had any problems which is why I keep returning to them. I have had amazing experiences during all my trips. They are all real experts, always willing to help and provide the right advice based on what you ask for and want. Thank you Expert Africa.

We spent a total of a few hours on the phone with Expert Africa receiving a vast array of advice and help to plan what turned out to be a phenomenal safari tri to Kenya. Incredible helpful and obviously genuinely "expert" on the holidays they're arranging.

We spent two weeks in Africa, basically splitting our time between Rwanda and Zambia. The highlight of Rwanda was, of course, trekking to see the gorillas. And the highlight of Zambia was our stay at Sausage Tree camp in the Lower Zambezi National Park – a truly extraordinary camp in an extraordinary location!

Expert Africa handled everything beautifully! We had one phone conversation with them early on and then handled everything else via email. They couldn't have been more helpful with recommendations and guiding us to different experiences and different locations. Our trip went off flawlessly such that we had nothing to worry about throughout the entire experience, from all the transfers, to the guides and reservations and flights, etc. They were highly knowledgeable and highly efficient and made it all relaxing and energizing for us.

This was our first trip to Africa. We are staying for 2 1/2 months and used Expert Africa for some of the travel but not all. They were able to match our badget with our travel needs without a problem.

Maruska Adye was professional and friendly and helped us decided where spend our money and where to save our money depending on the budget and activities, etc. AFrica is an overwhelming trip to try and navigatge especially when it is your first visit and since we are staying for 2 1/2 months.

We were fortunate enough to enjoy a month driving ourselves around Namibia before spending time in Botswana on safari at three different camps and finishing by seeing Victoria Falls from a helicopter in Zambia. It was the holiday of a lifetime during which we have seen incredible sights and met amazing people.

Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the countries they helped us to visit. Nothing was too much trouble and we benefitted from this on our amazing holiday.

An almost two month self drive vacation in South Africa and Namibia.

Expert Africa arranged our vehicle rental and accommodation. They did a superb job of helping us choose our route. They provided a map of our route with very accurate driving times and direction. All arrangements went smoothly.

We had an amazing safari week in Zambia, staying at Kafunta River Lodge and Island Bush Camp. The service was superb, food and drink excellent and safari experience beyond expectations, both game drives and walking! We'd highly recommend this to anyone who is wanting to do a safari holiday.

Freddie Sutton from Expert Africa was excellent from the start. My first call lasted 45 minutes, in which he described all of the options within Zambia available to us and relative costs. This was followed by posted details on the options I'd narrowed down on the phone. Once the trip was booked, we received a travel guide and updates from Freddie relevant to our trip, even alerting us to problems experience at Heathrow that may have affected our flights that we'd booked independently! Great local knowledge, very practical. Very impressed!

A fantastic itinerary with unique experiences in some very special places. We spent time at Shiwa Ng'andu, a working farm with rich colonial history in a beautiful place. We had an amazing safari experience in South Luangwa with Remote Africa Safaris, walking and driving including night drives. The level of service here was extremely high. We finished at Livingstone and the Victoria Falls - amazing as ever.

Expert Africa provided knowledgable and personally tailored help and advice to put together our itinerary. We spent quite a lot of time exploring different options and found the guidance and expertise very helpful and patient with us. Several different itineraries were discussed with lots of information about all the different options. this really helped us with our choices.

We stayed at Footsteps across the Delta which was a particularly great experience for my three grandsons, 16, 12, and 7. It was a wonderful recommendation, particularly for them. We then went on to the Chobe Princess houseboat where we relaxed and just watched the gentle giants. A great way to chill after ten days of game viewing bouncing around in Land Rovers.

Expert Africa went out of their way to fit in with our own arrangements and dovetail their suggestions with our itinerary. Lucy, our representative, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.
