Road Cycling - Outer Hebrides by Robert, 9 Aug 2021
Holiday Rating:

A memorable cycling trip along the length of the Outer Hebrides

We cycled the main 10 islands of the Outer Hebrides, staying in excellent accommodation, eating very well, and bonding with the rest of the group. The location and scenery are amazing, the bikes were top notch, the van support was excellent, and the leaders very attentive. The Outer Hebrides are memorable.

Intro to Sea Kayaking

It was brilliantly led; a busy few days learning and practising many skills. Every day was a new experience. The guides were excellent; professional patient, knowledgable and great company.

Wilderness Scotland clearly deliver a high standard of trip; every aspect especially in this challenging year, was planned carefully. Pre-trip communication was also great, with questions dealt with personally, promptly and helpfully. I can't fault them.

We've travelled with Wilderness Scotland for a number of activity holidays including walking, canoeing, kayaking and cycling. They continue to impress, especially in their management of a group holiday in this particular reopening phase of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Walking - The Isle of Skye by Louise A., 26 Jul 2021
Holiday Rating:

Fantastic experience!

I did two back-to-back trips with Wilderness Scotland in July 2021 - The Outer Hebrides followed by Wilderness Walking on the Isle of Skye. Both trips were well planned and executed, with no glitches at all (no small challenge in these Covid affected times!). Food was great, and the guides were fantastic - knowledgeable, caring and even helpful in giving me suggestions for my onwards travels.
