I spent a week walking in Argyll and the Isles with an excellent guide from Wilderness Scotland. The landscapes were stunning and pristine. Every detail about the walk was perfect. The guide in particular was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the history and natural environment of the area and patiently dealt with a group of 7 of us who were constantly asking questions. The other guests on the walk were also wonderful. I feel like I've made some lifelong friends during this experience.

My experience with Wilderness Scotland was perfect -100% positive. Trip logistics went off without a hitch. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Spent a week hiking the Isle of Skye and the Hebrides with Wilderness Scotland

Fantastic, very knowledgeable and safety conscious, and funny as well.

A family trip for 8 of us. All of varying fitness levels and experience. Hiking, Canoeing and Wild Camping in The Scottish Highlands was an experience we will remember for a long time.

They provided excellent equipment which was all virtually brand new. The guides where very competent and experienced and also joined in the banter which added to the overall experience.

Wilderness Scotland - Introduction to Sea Kayaking course 5 day course based in Loch Torridon, including paddling in Loch Maree; Loch Kishorn. An excellent course which stretched me out of my comfort zone and increased my paddling confidence and skills, in an awe inspiring location and letting me see wildlife in its natural habitat (Dolphins, seals etc)

They are well organised, with a high calibre of guides who really made the trip for the group, combining great paddling knowledge with extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna and an ability to read the mood of the group altering locations and level of challenge in light of the paddling conditions. The arrangements for food and accomodation worked really well. I finished the trip with a new set of friends who are already booking our next paddling adventure.

Our group of 9, including a very professional, competent Wilderness Scotland guide, enjoyed 6 full days of hiking the Cairngorms and Highlands. A real treat of a trip for those who like active and educational vacations in natural environments.
