I went on a Pilgrimage to Lourdes with Tangney Tours and had a wonderful holiday. Everything was so well organised and a Representative visited our hotel every day. There was a lovely excursion with a a very knowledgable guide. On the return home there was a problem with the plane and we had return to Lourdes for the night. Tangney Tours were wonderful and managed to find an hotel to accommodate all 160 of us. The manager actually flew out overnight to be with us and sorted out everyone's problems. They organised a plane to take us home the next day. No one could have done more, and we were very grateful.

I have travelled with Tangney Tours several times and can thoughrally recommend them.

This was our first visit to Lourdes. Travel arrangements were good, the aircraft was comfortable. Our chosen hotel, the Padoue, was really comfortable, food was very good and staff were most pleasant and helpful. The Pilgrimage itself was a wonderful experience with a great mix of spiritual and leisure time. Lourdes itself holds its visitors in awe! Everyone was able to experience that lovely feeling of peace which we all seek in our lives.

Tagney were efficient and helpful throughput the whole booking process.

The travel arrangements were excellent, the hotel Mercure was very comfortable and the food very good, and the arrangements made for the Society of Mary pilgrimage were extremely satisfactory.

Everything was so good. The booking arrangements and the staff were so helpful when I made enquiries on the phone. Another bonus, the flights were on time and the in flight service was also very good. So no grumbles - 100% satisfaction!

I went on a pilgrimage to Lourdes organised by CA and Tangney tours. As a wheelchair user , holidays are normally to expensive and hard to find. This trip was very different. Well organised, helpful staff, all needs catered for. Made for a life changing experience .And at very reasonable cost.. Would really highly recommended this company, for there level of service and attention to detail.

Laila Tours provided an excellent and extremely knowledgeable guide who really made the pilgrimage.

After 30 years of assisting on pilgrimages first with children then as a supporter of the less able it was a different experience to be on the receiving end of help and assistance. The experience was made very enjoyable by the care and assistance given by the helpers and the staff of Tangney Tours. A different but thoroughly enjoyable experience

Nothing was too much bother for the staff from initial booking to returning home to the UK. Arrangements for transfers from airport to hotel worked smoothly in both directions and transport for outings worked well with no problems. All of my fellow pilgrims had the same experience when I spoke to them and would recommend the tour operator to any one going on pilgrimage.

I have been traveling with Tangney Tours for over 15 years now and always had good response from, if there is something that I am unhappy about or airline failure they always sort it out for me and I will always go on pilgrimages with them.

Always polite and always have a tour whenever I wish to go away as a group or on my own.
