Tangley tours are consistently efficient and helpul

My family had a wonderful time with the Westminster Pilgrimage to Lourdes. We stayed in the Alba Hotel which was lovely, good food, helpful staff and clean accommodation.

George (our Tour Rep) accompanied us on our journey to and from Lourdes. He was very helpful on the return journey when there were disruptions to the rail service and we missed our Eurostar. He remained calm and made the necessary arrangements for an alternative train.

I travel to Lourdes each year with Westminster Diocese with the Travel Operator Tangney Tours. This is my 20th such time and it never disappoints.

Tangney is very experienced at pilgrimage tours and over the years I have got to know most of the key people. They always greet me and look for feedback on how things are going.

All travel and accommodation rranged by Tangney excellent. A big thank you to Tangney for getting us home to London on 27 July given Eurostar probems, electrical fire at Montparnasse etc. I have kearnt fromthis that it is wiser to go with an noperator than independently if things go wrong ! George Tangney did excellent job.

Totally amazing. This was our first pilgrimage to Lourdes and unsure of the process. The complete experience given by Tangney Tours was excellent. Well organised, very helpful and friendly organisers who made suggestions wehadnt thought about and were very grateful for their input. Travelling to/from Lourdes including transfers from airport to the hotel were done in a timely fashion. After speaking to their representatives we choose La Solitude ( full board - incl breakfast/lunch & dinner) which was very nice, very close to the sanctuary, accommodation was fine. Hotel staff were also very helpful. There was a lovely atmosphere. Any questions? There was always someone available/accessible from the tour operator. Would gladly recommend Tangney Tours after our recent trip July 2018

I had a wonderful time. We where well looked after- good food and a great hotel.

I was well looked after - they are very well organised and extremely friendly.

A second visit to Krakow Poland and surrounding areas, visiting places of historical interest and shrines. We had reasonable time to ourselves for shopping dining and relaxation. We were booked into the Campanile hotel in Krakow, located in the centre of the city overlooking the gardens of the city. The food could have been more imaginative as the meals were similar during our week’s stay however our room had a unpleasant damp smell but the large window in the room helped to reduce the smell.

Out tour guide was very knowledgeable about the all the places we visited and was always on time to meet us. She spoke very good English and was friendly and understanding of the needs of the group.

I have been going to Lourdes on Pilgrimage for over 20 years. This is a working volunteering holiday where we support up to 90 elderly or disabled pilgrims. It’s hard work but well worth it!

Tangney Tours, our operator for the past few years, offer outstanding service. They are fantastic. Respond to enquiries quickly, are efficient, polite and helpful and everything runs like clockwork!
