It was a last minute booking (one week) and we had to go on a different airline which the company found for us. Fatima is a wonderful place to go. First visit for 50 years. All arrangements organised by the tour guide and indeed by the shrine authorities worked like clockwork. The hotel was very comfortable and homely.

We found Tangney Tours (Clare) gave a very personal service and found an alternative flight for us both ways to ensure we could book. This was at no extra cost. The tour guide (John MacDonald) ensured everything went like clockwork and treated us like friends. He phoned us at home before departure to confirm where we should meet him at Lisbon Airport and then again contacted us to ensure we had arrived home safely.

Very pleasant staff. Nothing too much trouble.

Busy pilgrimage with 800 from our Archdiocese. Gloria Hotel clean & basic room (but do need shower curtains!). Helpful staff. Food excellent.

Excellent booking process. Tangney Tours used coaches with very friendly drivers who kept to departure & arrival times this year! Trip to Gavarnie not to be missed.

It was relaxing, things change, Sue our Currier was excellent. She asked for better service in the dinning room, but as soon as she was gone we were the last served and kept waiting. Rooms were good, but they need more walk in showers and hand rails in rooms, (do you mention walk in showers on your application forms I cannot remember) it seemed a lack of rooms which where required with walk in showers. Staff where helpful when asked for anything.

You always need to remember we are the paying customer, with working together you get a good team.

The flights were one time and the plane was very comfortable - a great start and end to an energetic week. The hotel was as good as usual and I have always enjoyed the meals provided. The pilgrimage went very well.

When needed she was extremely helpful.

Father Stephen Myers was welcoming. We saw beautiful places. Warsaw, I think, could have been included in the price. Guide was very good and passionate. I had a single bed in both hotels. I would have preferred a double bed n have space. The hotel in Krakow had no air conditioning and it was very uncomfortable. I had to keep windows open all night along and it was very noisy in the street below.

Good customer service. Good itenerary choice. Expensive for some aspects.

Pilgrimage to Lourdes

very well run trip. There was a delay with the return plane being damaged at Stansted Airport, but a replacement was sent and Tangney Tours dealt with the situation very well.

The experience was very pleasant. Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Efficient and helpful tour operator guides.
