Quite disappointing on my special diet request, but the driver and coach are really good! Hence, the overall rating is average.

They are not very thorough in follow through the special diet request from me and from some other pilgrims in this trip. For example, I had nothing suits me in all breakfast as they are either contains diary or gluten, even though I’d reminded them about my diet request just a few days before the departure. It would be helpful if they inform me that the diet request could not be accommodated before the trip. I think that’s reasonable expectation.

This was a very special holiday for my son and I to visit Fatima. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Our tour operator could genuinely have been a little bit more informative. Having said that he did have some challenges with the group who were particularly demanding and did not make his job easy which may have affected his performance.

This was a pilgrimage to Lisieux that was organised through our local parish and arranged through Tangney Tours. The accommodation was in L’Ermitage Saint Terese of Lisieux. We were notified that the accommodation would be basic but we were not prepared for the low quality, almost inedible food provided for breakfast and evening meal. There were other large groups sharing the dining room with us, which made for a very chaotic experience, particularly one evening when there was a large party of school children,

My wife and I have previously been on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land with Tangney Tours and found them to be of a very high quality on that occasion. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for this pilgrimage. We expected much better quality for the amount of money we paid for this pilgrimage.

I went with Tangney Tours on a visit to Lourdes. It was well organised by the tour operator. The office staff namely Georgia was professional to deal with and at the airport the medical staff were incredible. Everything was explained clearly and professionally by all staff as I'm dying. I have never experienced a smoother journey through the airport

Georgia at Tangney was patient, professional, explaining things clearly. She was exceptional and a credit to her company.

We had a week in Lourdes with the Birmingham pilgrimage. We greatly enjoyed all of the services and activities.

We would have liked daily updates about what was happening. We missed the group photo as we didn’t know about the time change. Lists were only put in the foyer on the first and last day.

It was a moving and inspiring experience; sharing faith with fellow parishioners in a beautiful country. We saw Rome, a little bit of Orvieto, Assisi and Loreto. All beautiful and fascinating places filled with so many beautiful sights. Even though we were busy seeing so many places in a fairly short space of time I feel that we saw and experienced enough to come away with positive impressions of these places without being rushed.

Sinead was brilliant and was enthused when talking about the places and the sights. She kept us on track which was a challenge, I'm sure! Her knowledge was extraordinary and I felt that we were her very first group and not one of very many. She made us feel very special.

We did all the things planned for us, and really enjoyed the visits. However, some aspects fell down.

Organisation very good, guide excellent, transport excellent, eating experience let them down. Fixed menu evening meal was poor. On reflection, we should have eaten elsewhere, and paid separately.

Great to be back with my Lourdes family in such a beautiful place.
