Wonderful spiritual experience
Very emotional, uplifting, however the hotel let it down. Food was poor, bedrooms were basic without tea and coffee.

Didn't see anyone from Tangney except at the airport, no representation at the hotel.

Thank you for your comments, however for this particular pilgrimage, the organisers requested that we do not visit the hotels and that we liaise with the pilgrimage directly. They were sending their own reps into the hotels.

As Birmingham City University was sending 2 staff and 4 students ,only one of which booked through Tangney (the other affiliates) it is not straight forward and quite stressful, especially as Kath White who was aware of the arrangements left part way through. I phoned the office and the call handler was unable to assist. However close to our departure Trish from the Diocesan office was able to liase with Nicholas and arrange accomodation for ...

However close to our departure Trish from the Diocesan office was able to liase with Nicholas and arrange accomodation for myself and my colleague.
I was aware that there was oversight onto the first flight and Nicholas was on the coach to Lourdes airport for our return flight.
