Impressed from start to finish.

Cape verde. Sal stayed at Hotel Morabeza, excellent in all aspects. Santago island, stayed at Pestana Tropica hotel. O.K., but could be cleaner, bathrooms need refurbishment. Fogo island stayed at Xagute hotel, also needs refurbishment in the bathroom, but generally o.k. Trips on all islands had good guides. Let down by the airline Bestfly, which should lose it's licence.

Not so good on the information and communications side. Won't be going to Cape Verde again because of the internal flights operated by Bestfly.

Most of the basic cooking facilities were not working. No written information about the property was provided,such as how to use equipment, restrictions on using electrical equipment at the same time which led to us losing all electricity...not helpful when it is dark/trying to cook the evening meal. The cooker and limited hob issue was not resolved during our holiday even though the problems arose at the start. This left us with 2 gas hobs and a very small portable electric cooker. The main cooker was defective and was responsible for cancelling the power supply , so no lights etc. Certainly not suitable for a family of 4 and we felt very restricted as to what food we could prepare. This is not an acceptable standard but would be if the accommodation was serviced. The local rep would only deal with our issues over the phone and was not sympathetic to our lack of cooking facilities or the problems we had. In fact she suggested this was normal!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Delphine in Calvi, Corsica. Such a fantastic loaction in a modernist designed villa with epic sea views. The master floor is excellent. Lots of extras such as the gym, TV room, ice maker to name a few. We loved the region and found some super places to eat and a couple not so good. Can't wait to re-visit Corsica and would only do so using Corsican Places since they are true experts.

Efficient, responsive, excellent representative with outstanding local knowledge. They have a huge range of villa options and are true Corsican experts.

spent 2 weeks staying at the Salina Bay residence in Porto Vecchio. There was easy access by car to both fantastic beaches and also the mountains. The residence itself was excellent and we've stayed there several times in the past and hopefully will return in the future

A good holiday in a lovely part of the world. Spent time in and under the sea. A few issues with the hotel but they did not spoil the holiday.

Had very little to do with them so they had limited chances to get things wrong. Best way

Had a week in Sardinia in Golfo Aranci at the Gabbiano Azzuro. The setting is beautiful -relatively unspoilt -2and the hotel is very good with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere apart from the early morning scrabble for sunbeds.

Have used Serenity as Gambia experience and hidsys to corsica and Sardinia. We have always found their service and quality to be a very high standard.

Everything about our holiday was perfect although EasyJet could have been better.
