Visit to Gambia, exceptional weather, excellent service from Gambia experience team, especially lamin the rep

Excellent in all aspects from flight to representatives in resort

We travelled to Gambia with The Gambia Experience who we have used before, and always found to be excellent. However this holiday was spoilt by their use of an inferior airline that has zero customer service, and a flight delay of four hours going, due to a technical hitch, and check in staff plus cabin crew that showed no concern at all. The attitude at the gate was awful, no one told us what was going on, and we felt the representatives looked at us with contempt The return flight was also delayed by two hours we don't know why, we weren't told anything and didn't even get an apology.

They are very good at organising your holiday, and their hotels are chosen well with a good selection of board bases, and room choice, the select your seat at booking is great along with clear baggage options. Unfortunately their choice of charter company for flights needs looking into this along with their representation at both Gatwick and Banjul airports leaves a lot to be desired.

Self catering holiday to Corsica, arranged to include Car Hire and fights. All went according to plan, car hire pick up, apartment, and all travel arrangements worked like clockwork. Weather was great for mid september, temperatures as expected at 27/28C. Nice time to go to avoid the crowds.

We were looking for a restful experience. The apartments at Le Home were just that! Lovely swimming area, well kept gardens. The close proximity of the restaurants and shops were a bonus as we didnt want to hire a car. Cracking takeaway pizza van across the road if you didnt want to go into town.

Gambia experience ticked all the boxes for me and always do, I have never had a problem booking through this very experienced tour operator.

Start to finish a wonderful holiday. Location, superb, weather glorious, Corsica absolutely stunning.

Excellent customer service and the company rep on Corsica was brilliant.

We visited A Merula for the sixth time and were delighted to see continued improvement as the gardens continue to develop and various features brought, with care, up to modern standards and items replaced where justified. It is clear, however, that owners will not allow modernisation to detract from keeping the site peaceful and beautiful.

Corsican Places as usual were in evidence where required, were friendly, helpful and responsive and kept us informed.

We were new to Corsica and so dependent on the company. The villa was as per description; if anything better. The geographical information was flawless. The representative showed true local knowledge and was lovely.

Good from first contact to final survey. Totally recommended!
