After a delay of 2 years able to travel to The Gambia again. Found it impoverished anxious but totally welcoming country. Covid precautions all in place but because of fine hot weather most contacts took place outdoors. We basked in the fine weather and the friendly people.

Gambia Experience. Kept us on board for 2 years during COVID. Always excellent in customer service and having travelled with them for 32 years they have always maintained their standards during many difficult times.

We have been travelling for the last 26 years to the Gambia.What's not to like winter sunshine happy friendly people. We love to go out visit people especially the children we sponsor. Trying different Gambian dishes visiting the markets for a bit of retail therapy. Not forgetting a lazy day on the river Gambia.

Excellent customer service from Gambia experience from the booking experience to the airport.The representatives at the resort are very professional and knowledgeable.When we had to cancel our holiday at very short notice and 're book they were so helpful.

We have been to Gambia many times but it was the first time at this hotel. Everything was as described by the tour company.

We had booked to stay at a different hotel but were advised of a hotel change due to Covid closure only a few days before departure. It later transpired that the hotel had been closed for sometime so we were somewhat aggrieved that we hadn't been advised of this upon booking. The revised hotel was satisfactory though cleanliness in public areas could have been much better. Staff all friendly without being too pushy. Ideal location close to the beach and a taxi ride from a good selection of restaurants. Room of a good size and adequate. Gardens tidy. Food quality intermittent. Often not as hot as could be but a fair selection each day.

Gambia Experience are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Disappointed though that we were not advised of a hotel change until just before departure. Price quite high but good service in resort.

This is our 7th visit. Ngala Lodge is a perfect place to stay. The location is excellent but the staff and Johnathan take it to the next level. Always feels like coming home

Very helpful at all stages of the holiday experience

We booked all-inclusive. We were unable to access snacks, they ran out of beer, white wine, G&T. There was little choice of food and what was offered was very poor. The chef was very unhelpful. A shame as we have stayed there before and rated it very highly.

I used the hotel as a base whilst undertaking charitable work in the Gambia.

The tour operator/Rep services have been satisfactory during normal trips. However, when the UK government changed its Covid test requirements required for re-entry into the country, our tour rep was either ignorant, (which can be forgiven) or totally unhelpful. Myself and my fellow holydaymakers either made their own arrangements or were given addition support by the TUI rep. - a different tour operator who's guests used the same hotel.

Gambia Experience staff in UK and in The Gambia always very helpful and accommodating Regular visitors over many years to the Senegambia in The Gambia. Facilities are improved or added every visit Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful

Always very helpful and efficient Simple and easy to book Country reps excellent.

We love Corsica and have been many times.Excellent villa with spectacular views.
