We travelled for charity work and a short break to amazing Gambia. People were wonderful, the country is colourful and fabulous.

Sadly, Gambia Experience/Serenity seems to have reduced standards this year as had the Senegambia hotel.

2weejs in Bervily Apartment Calvi.We were ill when there and Debbie was very helful at arranging assisted travel on both dides.She checked in regularly and gave us lots of helpful information and booked meals fir us.Loved Calvi and took train rides to little villages nearby.

Debbie Clover helped with everything..problems prior to embarkation,suggestions re shopping,medical issues and outings.She checked in daily to see if we were ok . We were ill when there and was a rick especially in arranging assusted travel at short notice and even when not on duty.

Helpful and professional

Three weeks passed very quickly with the hotelanticipating my every need. I have difficulty walking and there was always someone to help me. From the Hotel owner to a receptionestto waitress.Language was no problem as I speak French but I think t he receptionists speak English. The Corsican holiday rep (Debbie hated being caled that) I called her the Client Interface FacilatatorShe was really excellent and whilst friendly always kept a respectful customer/client relationship. Probably overall the best holiday experience in 50 years and I am now off to my new home in Cyprus. Au revoir.

I have used them many times before and they have never let me down

We loved everything about our holiday. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. The help and support for the whole team involved in Serenity Holidays. The personal attention for last minute changes both with Serenity and Le Home where we stayed were excellent. The car hire service was made easier by being collected by Avis and taken to collect a car. Both me and my husband we so impressed from start to finish with the thoughtfulness of everyone we spoke to.

We loved every minute of our stay.Accomodation was lovely,beautifull gardens, stunning mountains, nice beach.

Corsica Places

7 days at the Villa Joselli, near Oletta, with its own private swimming pool. Excursions to St Florents, Patrimonio and Oletta. Good choice of local restaurants with supermarket in walking distance.

Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent on-line brochure and detailed instructions about Corsica and the villa. Cannot be faulted!

1 week holiday in Tizzano, Corsica. Efficient flights, nice accommodation close to beach, shop and village. Tranquil but perhaps a bit too tranquil for our teenage boys. Managed to do sailing, kayak, via ferrata and ate in great restaurants but had to do a fair bit of driving in a hire car that was too small for our needs.

Good and efficient website, sales and post-sale service. Could have provided slightly more information about accommodation.
