Great detail in organised hotels, recomendations and route planning for a trekking route- lots of options

7 days walking through the foothills of the Pyrenees, with full route information. All accommodation and luggage transfer booked. Friendly people and excellent accommodation. A local contact available to help with any and every query.

This was a most beautiful walk around the SW coast of England. The scenery was beautiful and varied including rugged coastal cliffs, pretty beaches with turquoise waters, idyllic village harbors, moorland, bronze age standing stones and a bustling pretty coastal town. Around every corner was another beautiful scene. Stunning.

The On Foot Holidays team provides a wonderful experience. They are professional and attentive. When a potential train strike threatened to interfere with our travel to the start of walk, they came up with an alternative travel arrangement for us. The route notes were spot on and fun to read because they offered background information on areas of interest that we passed along the way. Our fifth trip with On Foot; planning our sixth.

7 days of walking from Zigo to San Sebastián with fabulous scenery, lovely accommodations. We had some rain but at least some sun most days. Routes were well described, challenging but satisfying.

On Foot is very responsive to all inquiries and needs. All accommodations and connections made without difficulty. Routes were described well with GPS to help with small details.

13 days of hiking the Camino Primitivo. Stunning scenery and interesting points along the route. Excellent accommodation to end the day with and a friendly bunch of fellow hikers along the trail.

Beautifully organized walking trip through Exmoor -- I loved the literary connections and the historical notes each day. The coastal path and view of Wales was spectacular. But more than that -- it was July, it was hot -- and the shade that the enchanting coastal woodlands provided was most welcome. The accomodations were first-rate and the breakfasts and dinners so delicious. I love walking with On Foot because I feel like every detail is taken care of and my family and I can just enjoy the experience. Loved learning about Coleridge and all the rest -- it really brought all the high school poetry studying to life.

They love walking themselves and they know the routes! Also the local contact is responsive and so very helpful as we went along. This is not my first trip with them -- I am most grateful -- and I can't imagine taking these precious holidays with any other tour operator. Thank you!!!

Really spectacular walking trails on (mostly) coastal paths, with plenty variety and beautiful hotels to relax in overnight, before setting off again, averaging 13 miles daily. Glorious weather and scenery.

On Foot Holidays provided all the info and back up required to make us feel confident about walking in a foreign country. The level of information provided was more than we could have asked for; and on-the-ground help (should we have needed it) was excellent too.

Incredible scenery day after day, lovely accomodation, interesting ancient villages each night, very easy walking mainly on white roads through vineyards, olive groves and huge fields of flowering alfalfa. There was always a climb at the end of the day to the next hilltop destination, but so worth it look down on the valley in the mist as we set off the next morning. An absolutely wonderful holiday.

On Foot are just brilliant. From advice on which route would best suit us to their highly detailed walking route details, there is nothing to fault and everything to love about them. They really know what they are doing and we book happily knowing the hotels will be lovely, the scenery stunning and we will not get lost! This is our fourth trip with On Foot and I can't wait to do another.

Unrivalled. We have used this company almost every year for 20 years now and we totally trust their choices of walks and accommodation. While we can still walk we want to all the routes and we would not take a holiday with any other company. Long my they continue to offer this for our benefit!
