We walked through stunning countryside, following routes over Dartmoor, wooded valleys and the beautiful Dart estuary.

On Foot Holidays devised an excellent route which was well supported by up to date corrections m, clear maps and written instructions. We booked fairly late in a busy season and they found alternative accommodation.

We hiked the Camino dos Faros along the Costa da Morte in Galicia Spain. Stayed at some lovely small hotels and B&B’s in quaint little fishing villages, with excellent service and friendly staff. The restaurants for the most part were top notch and the seafood was the best we have ever tasted. The hiking was challenging at times, and the beauty of the area is unparalleled. Galicia is like a little slice of heaven

Working with On Foot Holidays was a real pleasure. All of the staff I worked with were very friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were always very prompt in responding to questions, and the “walkers pack” they provided was very comprehensive. I will have no problem recommending them, or working with them in the future.

Walked the Dorset tour in July of this summer. Was completely worth going through all of the quarantine and testing restrictions required to travel during these pandemic days. Continue to be astonished at the beauty of the countryside and the pride my teen and I felt when accomplishing these long and often solitary walks through farms and forests was incredible. The food and welcoming atmosphere and luxurious rooms at Plush and also Evershot were just magnificent. Every detail and every step is carefully planned out for you by the great Harriet and Simon and we were so grateful for all of their work to create and upkeep this adventure. Thank you for another trip with memories we truly treasure.

Our Coastal Exmoor walking holiday with Onfootholidays was awesome! The breathtakingly beautiful coastal views and footpaths were out of this world! Coupled with the beautiful riverside, moors, valley, and forest paths - what more could you ask for! As two "older" walkers, we were a bit leery of the uphill portions, but we took it slow and were rewarded with spectacular views. Each day was a different adventure, from the excellent accommodation to the scenery we encountered on each of the routes.

The staff at Onfootholidays were outstanding, so responsive and caring, we felt like we had family guiding us on this wonderful adventure. All of the accommodation they selected for our holiday was excellent, and the obvious research and planning they do for their walks is top notch. This was our second walk with Onfootholidays and it will not be our last!

Walked around tip of Cornwall from B&B to B&B with teenages and dog along South West Coastal Path Awesome views, well planned, great directions and luggage always arrived just before us! A different "full English" ever day. Best Cornwall has to offer! Strenuous and exhilirating made for deserving beverages!

We have walked with at least 5 walking tour operators and On Foot was far and away the best. The accommodations and the food were both outstanding. And the directions were simple and comprehensive (compass bearings and GPX file optional)

Extremely helpful and flexible

Brilliant five day walk from Tisbury to Lyme Regis. Beautiful scenery, quiet country lanes and miles of walking along the Wessex ridgeway with amazing views in all directions. Last day along the coastal path, hilly but stunningly beautiful. Great accomodation and food along the way.

Great attention to detail by On Foot, the walking route details are incredibly thorough and helpful so there is no excuse for getting lost! Accomodation choices were perfect, and carefully selected. On Foot were readily accessible when needed. Lots of communication before the holiday. We felt very well looked after in every respect. This was our second holiday with On Foot and can't wait to do another.

A wonderful holiday walking through the Dorset countryside. The route had been carefully planned such that we barely encountered anyone and were able to enjoy the wildlife and scenery for ourselves. Everything had been taken care of so that we could enjoy our wonderful surroundings, without worrying about where we would be eating dinner, spending the night and whether our luggage had arrived! Perfect!

Nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt we had a very personal service and that, had we needed to, they would have been there to offer support and help.
