Backroads Amalfi Hiking
A superb route (with options allowing for shorter days) taking advantage of coastal views, back country lanes and walks and byways that few non-residents see while also including the requisite Path of the Gods. Hotels with good rooms and hospitality. Good restaurant recommendations

Beautiful Bohemia
Our trek of five days through Czech Republic's Bohemian Paradise provided us with an almost mystical experience. From cathedral forests and majestic sandstone rock formations to fairytale castles and chapels perched high on hilltops, the walking holiday allowed us to experience a part of the country that not too many visitors from outside of the country ever see. At the end of the walk, we wanted to visit Prague, and On Foot also took care of reserving our hotel room in this beautiful city.

This trip was our third with On Foot. We remain impressed with their meticulous attention to detail, their prompt response to questions, and their sense of humour, an added bonus. We plan on travelling with them again.

Fantastic Trek through Tuscany
My wife and I walked from town-to-town in Tuscany for 5 days - beautiful countryside, people, food, and wine. Rustica distilled.

The Roman Road to the Monastery of Santa Maria, Northern Portugal
We walked for 6 days in the most stunning and remote national park in NE Portugal. We stayed in a real variety of accommodation from simple to luxurious but cleverly chosen and all very small and personal. The walks were very accurately described in terms of distance and heights climbed.

They were very personal and adaptable. When we had a problem when on the holiday, they sorted things out very quickly and efficiently. The route we walked was brilliantly thought out with good distances mapped out between accommodation.

Perfect Walk in Dorset
My wife and I, along with a friend, did the 4 night/3 day walk in Dorset, England. We had an amazing walk and also got lucky with the weather. We had done a walk with On Foot Holidays last year in the Alpes Maritimes and loved it. This walk was very different than that, but also great. It was so interesting to be walking through fields and farmland and sharing that with livestock! The route notes were very detailed, as they needed to be, but we did rely more on the GPS file. Even with all the directions, we never got lost. The first two days were similar, walking through fields and tracks. The last day, from Bridport to Lyme Regis, was very different, but spectacular. Again, we got lucky with the weather, so walking the coastal route that day was perfect. It was a little windy at times, but nothing too bad. There were 4 fairly steep climbs this day, but none too challenging. As we ascended The Golden Cap, we met up with a family that was taking their 91 year old father up to the top. It was quite inspiring! All the accommodations were great. We spent two nights in Dorchester prior to the start and then 2 nights in Lyme Regis at the end. I would highly recommend this walk!

This was our second trip with On Foot Holidays and we will absolutely be back for more! They were great in every aspect. We had some questions about which route to choose and Debbie from OFH was so helpful in helping us select the right one for us. As I mentioned, the accommodations were really great and everyone was so nice. Thank you so much to the On Foot Holidays Team!

Ribera Sacra with On Foot
My husband and I walked through a quiet part of Galicia. The countryside is diverse and at times demanding. Overall, it was joyful to walk through time, learning of the many people and cultures that have shapes the area.
