After a long, wet and grey English winter, walking in the remote Peneda-Geres in warm sunshine was the perfect balm. Beautiful scenery, remote villages and charming accommodation made for a very pleasant break.

Very well organised, excellent communication and the provision of extensive information/GPS route finding. This is my third On Foot walking holiday, which is testament to highly I rate their performance.

5 days walking point in the wild Ronda mountains in Andalucia with vultures circulating high overhead. Each night resting in a comfortable hotel in one of the beautiful white villages in Grazalema National Park. Finishing in the historic town of Ronda perched high on the hill top looking back at where we had walked.

On Foot Holidays provide a friendly personal service, with well planned routes, and an excellent choice of family style hotels. Nothing is too much trouble; from last minute walking suggestions from their local expert in the area, to booking taxis, or organising dinner. We have used On Foot Holidays many times and would highly recommend them for the complete self guided walking holiday.

The walks in Mallorca are gorgeous. Extremely well described and demanding in some places as we had hoped. The hotels are all beautiful, different and welcoming. It has been a fabulous 8 days. Thoroughly memorable.

Faultless organisation. Friendly, very efficient and On Foot really knew the holiday. Their app was amazing and all hotels, taxis, transfers etc were perfect. We will not hesitate to book through them again.

The walks were a brilliant way to see under the skin of a place. Amazing instructions from On Foot Holidays, GPS good for extra confidence that we were on track.

Very responsive and helpful during the booking process. They delivered on everything we asked for. They really were true local experts with up to date top tips on local restaurants, public transport and other recommendations.

I just returned from Mallorca which was absolutely stunning. The walks were gorgeous and just right. Most often I took the shorter and easier option and never felt as if I missed out on anything. The accommodations were perfect. The food was delicious! I followed OFH's 'Where to Dine Out 'guide and was never let astray.

OFH's new App worked seamlessly and had a lot of extra detail with pictures to boot. As a solo walker it is tremendously comforting to have such a well designed App as well as hard copy materials for easier perusal. This is my third walk with OFH and they all have been excellent. The level of detail, support and information is exceptional. The walks are carefully thought out and the accomodations could not have been better.

Our route was 8 fantastic days walking along the gorges of southern Galicia this April. It was stunningly beautiful and a unique experience. We walked through wondeful woodland and across the top of the gorges to beautiful little towns and villages, old monasteries and even an ancient castle walls. Everywhere we stayed our hosts and all the local restaurants were very friendly and provided super accommodation, and even better food. We didn't even mind the odd wet day. Its an unknown gem of a walk.

Onfoot are just superb. There's no better Operator to walk with in Europe. They provide a tailored service, unique walks and really special accommodations that you just don't get anywhere else. We've walked with them over the last few years, and you don't need to ask if we'd recommend them, as we do it all the time and sime of our friends are already enjoying their walks. Weve tried other operators for routes onfoot dont do, and the just don't meet the same standards. The team are kind, considerate and attentive. We can't recommend them enough.

The unique scenery, vegetation and geology on La Gomera, the reliable climate and the surprisingly good food and wine made this a holiday that more than lived up to our expectations . We were nervous, initially, about the terrain, barely a flat surface, but got into the stride - quite literally and found the walking quite manageable and immensely rewarding. Every valley was different and there were surprises around every corner as each view opened up. And a lot of space for a small island, other hikers came and went but we felt as though we had the place to ourselves much of the time. Thoroughly recommended.

Third time with On Foot and we will definitely be going again, all being well. They are caring, organised, efficient and put together a great offering with a pack of instructions, vouchers and bookings that work on the day…

Arranged a short notice - fancied a few days walking in the sun. On Foot Holidays suggested La Gomera, which suited our needs perfectly. The self-guided tour was tailored to our preferences in terms of daily distance and type of accommodation en route. Perfect weather helped (sun, mid-teens and slight breeze)......... We have taken several holidays with On Foot in various locations - this was one of the best yet.

Helpful and informed staff. Efficient service in terms of communication, assistance, information packs for both the journey to the location and for the walk itself - and a 'local' contact who provided on-the-spot help when required.

A wonderful 6 days. All hotels were clean, with great hospitality, and lovely meals. Loved the hiking, we were lucky with the weather. Late March is a good time to go, as the weather isnt too warm as yet.

On Foot team were very helpful, supportive and gave us all the information we needed prior to travelling. Having both written guidance and GPS tracks made each hike easy to complete. Our local contact in Spain was also amazing, she responded quickly to all our queries, for which we were very thankful.
