Beautiful hiking trip on the Menalon Trail.

Responsive, organized and efficient. This was our third trip with On Foot Holidays and I am sure we’ll do another! The trips are seamless, trails directions are excellent, inns are delightful.

An amazing hike through beautiful countryside. The towns that were high on the hilltop (where we stayed) were well worth the climb at the end of the day. On Foot did an excellent job of selecting where we stayed as well as the trail itself.

This is my 3rd hiking trip with On Foot. Quality for cost is excellent. My husband and I have both been so impressed with the places they select for staying and the reputation they have developed with the hosts. As always, On Foot were so helpful through the whole process from start to finish. Any questions, quick to respond. We have told many people about On Foot! Highly recommend.

The route, scenery and instructions were excellent. As ever, the helpful team at on for the holidays were extremely knowledgeable and gave us everything we needed. to choose the right holiday for us. They were flexible and always willing to help.

It was very well organised and very well planned, thoroughly enjoyable and with the right level of challenge and reward. The challenge is presented by the very special topography of this volcanic island and the rewards are those of discovering breathtaking vistas and amazing discoveries in the most unexpected places. The landscapes are spectacular, in some places nature in the raw; a wild rocky harsh environment. In others nature tamed with awesome stone terracing and intense cultivation. The laurisilva cloud forest areas are special, especially so when shrouded in mists; dark, cool and mysterious. And then you descend into the warmth and sunshine of the lower elevations. Hotels were well chosen and of high standard. Transport when scheduled between stops was reliable and luxurious.

On-Foot were particularly efficient at assisting us to add in extra days and provided well informed advice about the locations. The pre-tour planning was very good as was the pre-tour information. Routes were well chosen and the GPS tracked guidance was spot-on. On island guidance and advice, provided by their Spanish representative was top-rate and immediate in response to the very few queries that we had.

Six days' place to place walking in the Yorkshire Dales through beautiful scenery and pretty villages, staying in Guesthouses and pubs with great food and drink. We loved the area and the length of days was just right for us given that there was some ascent each day. Excellent local knowledge from the local representative who developed the route and phoned us at the start to check all was OK.

They were very helpful and flexible when organising the holiday and we able to rearrange things at the last minute to suit our circumstances.

The Amalfi Coast is such a gorgeous place to walk, and we felt lucky to see sights we never would have found had we not been traveling on foot. Highly recommended!

Beautiful views, wonderfully small towns that were absolute gems. Hiking trails were well marked and the gps tracker made up for any uncertainties.

This was my 2nd trip with On Foot. As before, always so quick to respond, so easy to work with. They have developed an excellent network of places to stay, as well as trails. Their local guide was very informative and helpful each time he was contacted, both by Whatsapp and by phone.

I traveled solo in mid to late October, but the walks and accommodations were still quite busy. I followed the walking routes designed by OnFoot Holidays and really enjoyed the spectacular scenery and hospitality offered by my hotels. I loved setting out each mornin-- map, directions and GPS in hand--and discovering what the day would bring. The notes provided included several options for each day's walking. It was a joy to go on this adventure.

An interesting walk through varied and lovely countryside, sometimes with stupendous views. Slovenia was new to us and its history and mitteleuropean location was fascinating.

We chose this walking tour because our family heritage is rooted in Dorset. The tour fit us perfectly because we wanted to spend extra time in some locations and OFH created a custom schedule that fit our needs. We appreciated OFH's built-in options to adjust that day's walking distance. Their walking instructions and GPS tracking maps were easy to use, spot on, and ensured we never got lost. Kudos to OFH for their welcoming and comfortable hotel choices. OFH always ensured that the hotels had advance notice of my dietary needs and allergens. Our entire experience was pleasurable and memorable and OFH made this possible.
